The Autoquip TorkLift is the heavy-duty scissor lift table in the Autoquip line, built for industrial applications where standard lift tables are not rated for the loads, the cycle requirements, or the structural demands of the environment. Captured rollers, two-piece self-aligning cylinders, one-piece axle pins, and high-impact spiral-wound bearings give TorkLift tables the rigidity and structural integrity that separate them from conventional industrial lift tables.

Capacities range from 1,500 lbs to 30,000 lbs. Platforms range from 24" x 36" to 64" x 104". Vertical travel ranges from 30" to 78.5" depending on the selected model group. What Makes the TorkLift Different from Standard Lift Tables:

The construction features built into every TorkLift model are what justify the price premium over the Series 35 standard line. Captured rollers eliminate roller drift and side loading that cause premature wear in conventional scissors lift designs. Two-piece self-aligning cylinders correct for minor misalignment during travel, reducing stress on the cylinder and extending seal life. Spiral-wound bearings at all pivot points are significantly more durable under high-load and high-cycle conditions than conventional bushings or ball bearings. One-piece axle pins eliminate the weakness introduced by multi-piece axle assemblies.

Four series groups organize the TorkLift range by travel height. Within each group, capacity options and platform sizes increase as you move to higher-capacity models. Note that platform dimensions in this series are not always consistent within a group; they vary between capacity levels as structural requirements change.

♦ TRK-024 Series -- Up to 30" raised height. Compact travel for applications where standard working height is sufficient, and floor clearance at the lowered position must be minimized.

♦ TRK-036 Series -- Up to 43" raised height. The broadest capacity range in the TorkLift line: 1,500-16,000 lbs. Best for applications that need moderate-to-high reach and the widest capacity selection.

♦ TRK-048 Series -- Up to 64" raised height. Capacities from 2,000 to 30,000 lbs, including the 30,000 lb model (TRK-048-0300-T1). Best for higher-level positions and the heaviest loads within this travel range.

♦ TRK-060 Series -- Up to 75.5" raised height. Capacities from 2,500 to 30,000 lbs with the widest and longest platforms in the TorkLift range. Best when both extended travel and a large platform area are required.

♦ TRK-072 Series -- Up to 84.75" raised height. Three models at 2,000, 4,000, and 6,000 lbs with the tallest travel range in the series. Best when loads must be raised to the greatest height in the TorkLift line.

TorkLift vs. Series 35 -- Choosing Between the Two Autoquip Lines:

Both the TorkLift and Series 35 are Autoquip hydraulic scissor lift tables. For most standard industrial lift table applications -- pallet handling, ergonomic work positioning, and production line support -- the Series 35 provides reliable performance at a lower price point. The TorkLift is the correct choice when the application demands the additional structural rigidity, bearing durability, and long-term cycle performance that the captured roller-and-spiral-bearing design provides.
