Autoquip Series 35 Scissors Lift Tables

The Autoquip Series 35 scissor lift tables are industrial-grade hydraulic lift tables built for long service life under demanding daily use. The Series 35 line covers a wide range of applications -- from standard pallet handling and ergonomic work positioning to heavy fabrication and high-capacity industrial lifting -- in a single product family with consistent construction standards across all models.

Capacity ranges from 2,500 lbs to 15,000 lbs. Platforms range from 24" x 36" to 32" x 90". Vertical travel ranges from 30.5" to 72.5" depending on the model. A full range of options and accessories is available, including controls, portability sets, accordion skirting, and turntables to expand versatility for specific applications.

Nineteen standard models are available across four series groups. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for straightforward competitor comparison.

How to Select the Right Model:

Selection is driven by platform size, required vertical travel, and load capacity. The four series groups are organized by platform length and travel range:

♦ S35-024 Series -- 24" wide x 36" long platform, travel 6.5" to 30.5" (31" on the 8,000 lb model). Four capacity options: 2,500, 4,000, 6,000, and 8,000 lbs. Compact platform for standard-length loads at shorter travel heights. Best for applications where a 31" maximum raised height is sufficient, and floor space is limited.

♦ S35-036 Series -- 24" wide x 48" long platform, travel 6.5" to 43". Four capacity options: 2,500, 4,000, 6,000, and 8,000 lbs. The most commonly selected group for general warehouse, production, and dock applications where a standard pallet length platform and 43" raised height covers most needs.

♦ S35-048 Series -- 24" wide x 64" long platform, travel 7" to 55.5". Four capacity options: 2,500, 4,000, 6,000, and 8,000 lbs. Extended platform for longer loads and higher raised heights. Best when loads exceed 48" or when a 55" working height is required to interface with elevated conveyors or staging surfaces.

♦ S35-060 Series -- 32" wide x 87" or 90" long platform, travel 8" to 72.5". Five capacity options: 2,500, 4,000, 6,000, 8,000, 10,000, 12,000, and 15,000 lbs. This is the largest and highest-capacity group in the Series 35 line. The platform is wider (32") and significantly longer (87" or 90") than the other groups. The 8,000, 10,000, 12,000, and 15,000 lb models in this group reach 72" raised height, the tallest in the series. Best for the heaviest loads, longest platforms, and highest working positions.

If your application falls between two series groups, contact us at 866-333-0728 or use the quote form. The Series 35 also supports custom configurations through Autoquip for non-standard platform sizes, capacities, or travel requirements.

Available Options and Accessories:

♦ Controls -- Standard hand pendant, foot controls, or other control configurations to match your workflow.

♦ Portability Set -- Wheels and handle to allow the lift table to be moved between workstations without fixed installation.

♦ Accordion Skirting -- Covers the scissor mechanism during travel to prevent pinch points and contain debris around the base.

♦ Turntable -- Rotating platform for applications requiring load rotation during positioning or assembly.

Where Autoquip Series 35 Lift Tables Are Most Commonly Used:

♦ Pallet handling and dock operations -- Raising palletized loads to truck bed or conveyor height for loading, unloading, and staging without forklift dependency at the workstation level.

♦ Assembly and production workstations -- Positioning work-in-process at ergonomic height for assembly, inspection, and packing tasks that require operators to access the load from multiple sides or at consistent heights.

♦ Heavy manufacturing and fabrication -- The S35-060 series covers loads up to 15,000 lbs, making it appropriate for heavy dies, molds, large weldments, and machinery components that exceed the capacity of standard industrial lift tables.

♦ Maintenance and service bays -- Raising large or heavy equipment to working height for service without overhead lifting equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are Autoquip Series lift tables designed to do?
Autoquip Series lift tables are built to raise and position materials at comfortable working heights for a wide range of industrial tasks. They help reduce manual lifting by lifting loads to the operator instead of requiring workers to bend or reach. These tables are commonly used to streamline workflows in production, packaging, and maintenance. They offer a dependable lifting platform for everyday material handling.
How do hydraulic scissor lift tables improve workplace efficiency?
Hydraulic lifting provides smooth, consistent motion, helping operators handle loads with greater control. When materials are positioned at the correct height, tasks such as assembly, packing, and pallet loading become faster and less tiring. Lift tables also reduce wasted motion, thereby improving productivity in repetitive processes. Over time, they help create more efficient workstations and fewer handling delays.
What makes the Series lift tables a versatile solution for different applications?
These lift tables are designed to fit a variety of workflows, from shipping and receiving to manufacturing support. Their adaptability makes them well-suited for lifting pallets, containers, parts, and equipment across various environments. Because they can serve as both lifting tools and work positioning platforms, they add value beyond simple load movement. Versatility is a key advantage for facilities that handle different products and tasks throughout the day.
Where are Autoquip lift tables most commonly used?
They are widely used in warehouses, assembly lines, fabrication areas, and distribution centers. Lift tables support pallet staging, workstation feeding, and product positioning for inspection or packaging. They are especially useful in areas where loads must be handled repeatedly at different heights. Anywhere ergonomics and productivity intersect, these lift tables are a natural fit.
How do lift tables support ergonomics and safety?
By reducing bending, lifting, and reaching, lift tables help minimize strain and operator fatigue. Safer load positioning also reduces the risk of product damage or workplace injuries during handling. Better ergonomics can lead to more consistent performance and fewer disruptions across shifts. For facilities focused on safety improvements, lift tables are among the most effective upgrades.
