Little Giant High End Platform Truck with Removable Shelf, Versatile Steel Cart

The High-End Platform Truck with Removable Shelf features a narrow 16" wide 12-gauge steel deck, ideal for navigating narrow aisles. Each corner is equipped with 5" polyurethane swivel wheels, while two 8" center wheels allow the unit to pivot within its own radius. All wheels are non-marking polyurethane, protecting finished floors during daily use.

Two removable handles extend 48" above the deck to secure taller loads. The removable shelf can be mounted at three different heights, 7-1/2", 21-1/2", or 35-1/2" from the deck, on the upright cross braces, with a shelf capacity of 200 lbs, separate from the 2,000 lb capacity of the main deck.

Two sizes are available.

Models and Specifications:

♦ HE-1648-RS, 16" wide x 48" long. (2) 8" poly and (4) 5" poly casters. Capacity 2,000 lbs. Removable shelf, 200 lb capacity. Two removable handles, 48" above deck.

♦ HE-1660-RS, 16" wide x 60" long. (2) 8" poly and (4) 5" poly casters. Capacity 2,000 lbs. Same construction and features as the HE-1648-RS, but at a greater length.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Size: 16"x48" or 16"x60"; select based on the volume of material being transported and the available floor and aisle space.

♦ Narrow aisle maneuverability: the 16-inch-wide deck and pivoting center wheels are well-suited to tight aisles where a standard-width platform truck would struggle to turn.

♦ Removable shelf positioning: mount the shelf at 7-1/2", 21-1/2", or 35-1/2" from the deck to match the height of the materials being transported, keeping the 200 lb shelf capacity in mind separately from the deck's 2,000 lb rating.
