Little Giant Steel Merchandise Trucks are heavy-duty mobile stock-transport carts built from 12-gauge steel, with structural-angle corners for added rigidity. Shelves longer than 36" include reinforcement to prevent flexing under load. Fully welded construction eliminates weak connection points, and every unit ships fully assembled and ready for immediate deployment.

A raised offset handle with a cross-brace handguard improves control while pushing and protects hands during operation. Two swivel and two rigid casters support smooth tracking with controlled steering. Shelf clearance is 18" on lipped-shelf models and 19.5" on flush-shelf models.

Thirty-two configurations are available across four sizes, two shelf styles (1-1/2" retaining lip or flush), and five caster options spanning 1,200 to 3,600 lb capacity.

Selection Guide:

♦ Shelf style, 1-1/2" retaining lip (GL models) or flush (G models), lipped shelves help contain boxes and smaller items during transport. Flush shelves provide easier side loading and unloading, useful when sliding larger items on and off the cart.

♦ Caster type and capacity, five options are available: 6" mold-on rubber (2,000 lb), 8" mold-on rubber (2,400 lb), 8" polyurethane with brakes (3,600 lb the highest capacity, with braking for secure parking on inclines or during loading), 10" puncture-proof solid rubber (1,500 lb, suited for environments with debris or sharp floor hazards), and 9" pneumatic (1,200 lb, available in one configuration.

♦ Size: 24"x36", 24"x48", 30"x48", or 30"x60"; select based on the footprint of merchandise, cartons, or bulk stock being transported and the aisle clearance available.
