MECO Series 4,000 Cantilever Inclined Arms

MECO Series 4000 Cantilever Inclined Arms, 20° Pitch for Round & Bulky Material Storage
MECO Series 4,000 Cantilever Inclined Arms are compatible with MECO Series 3000, 4000, and 5000 cantilever rack systems. These inclined arms support long, bulky, and hard-to-store materials while helping control round, cylindrical, or unstable products that may shift during storage. The 20-degree pitch, about 4.36 inches per foot, helps keep materials upright instead of letting them roll forward. Each arm adjusts on 3-inch centers along the upright, and the hairpin keeper allows fast, simple height changes as inventory sizes and storage needs change.
Use MECO Series 4,000 Cantilever Inclined Arms when your facility stores materials that need more containment than a straight arm can provide. Inclined cantilever arms are commonly used for pipe, tubing, bar stock, rolls, and other products that may move, roll, or shift on a flat support surface. The angled arm design improves load control while keeping materials open and accessible for handling. With 3-inch vertical adjustability, these arms let you configure your rack system around product diameter, bundle height, and forklift access requirements.
MECO cantilever inclined arms help your operation store round and bulky inventory in a cleaner, safer, and more organized layout. Keeping materials elevated and angled toward the upright reduces floor clutter and limits unwanted load movement during storage. The adjustable design makes it easier to adjust rack levels as product sizes or inventory mixes change, improving space utilization and material flow.
Note: Compatible with Series 4000 uprights, which measure 4" wide x 9-1/2" deep.

Selecting the Right Model:
♦ Arm length: Longer arms support longer bundles or bar stock but carry lower rated capacity; select the shortest arm that comfortably supports your material to maximize capacity per arm.
♦ Capacity, ranging from 1,000 up to 3,000 lb, match the arm rating to the actual weight of the heaviest bundle or roll it will support, not just the overall rack capacity.
♦ Upright compatibility: Compatible with Series 4000 uprights, which measure 4” wide x 9-1/2” deep.
Where Commonly Used:
MECO cantilever inclined arms are used in metal suppliers and distributors to store pipe, tubing, and bar stock without rolling, in lumber yards for round or bundled stock needing angled containment, in manufacturing plants storing coils, rolls, and cylindrical components, and in warehouses and distribution facilities organizing bulky, hard-to-store materials for faster retrieval and better space utilization.
