The Metro 2-Shelf MW-Series Stainless Wire Lab Utility Cart combines durability, corrosion resistance, and easy maneuverability in a compact, lightweight design. Built on the Super Erecta system, shelves adjust in 1-inch increments to accommodate different load sizes without needing to swap hardware.

Ergonomically designed for low-effort movement, the cart provides precise handling in tight spaces and narrow aisles. The open wire structure reduces dust accumulation and improves both visibility into stored materials and air circulation compared to solid shelving.  Five sizes are available, all sharing 2 shelves and a 375 lb capacity.

MW602, 18" wide x 24" long x 39" high. 2 shelves. Capacity 375 lbs. Super Erecta system. Shelves adjustable in 1-inch increments. Stainless steel construction.

MW604, 18" wide x 30" long x 39" high. 2 shelves. Capacity 375 lbs. Same construction and features as the MW602, at a greater length.

MW606, 18" wide x 36" long x 39" high. 2 shelves. Capacity 375 lbs. Same construction and features at greater length.

MW608, 21" wide x 36" long x 39" high. 2 shelves. Capacity 375 lbs. Same construction and features at greater width.

MW612, 24" wide x 36" long x 39" high. 2 shelves. Capacity 375 lbs. The largest model in this lineup.

Selecting the Right Model:

Size, from 18"x24" up to 24"x36", select based on the footprint of materials being transported and the available floor and aisle space. The MW-Series is well-suited for lighter loads in tighter spaces than Metro's higher-capacity SPN Series.

Stainless steel vs. chrome finish: stainless steel is the appropriate choice for corrosive, wet, or washdown environments where chrome would degrade over time. For dry, general-purpose use, the Metro MW-Series Chrome carts offer the same functionality at a lower cost.

Adjustable shelf spacing: the 1-inch increment adjustment allows fine-tuned shelf positioning to match specific load heights, reducing wasted vertical space compared to fixed-position shelving.
