MFG Fiberglass Nesting Containers are designed for commercial and industrial applications where durability, resistance, and longevity are of prime concern. Toteline™ nesting containers provide optimal product protection with exceptional weight-carrying capacity. They will not bend or sag under heavy loads and can be readily integrated into automated applications such as ASRS systems. In addition, nesting containers ensure optimum space utilization during assembly operations and may be used to form mobile workstations.

Here are some benefits of using these containers:

♦  Space Efficiency: The primary advantage of nesting designs is the space savings when the containers are not in use. Empty containers can be nested inside one another, significantly reducing the storage footprint.
♦  Durability: Fiberglass is a robust material known for its long lifespan. It's resistant to wear and tear, and its strength ensures the container remains intact even in challenging conditions.
♦  Impact Resistance: Due to the inherent properties of fiberglass, these totes can withstand impacts better than some other materials, reducing the likelihood of cracks or breaks.
♦
Corrosion Resistance: Fiberglass doesn't corrode, making it an excellent choice for environments with high moisture levels, certain chemicals, or other corrosive elements.
♦ Lightweight: Fiberglass containers typically weigh less than metal ones, resulting in potential savings in transportation and easier manual handling.
♦  Strength: Fiberglass provides a strong material that can withstand significant weight, which is crucial for nesting containers.
♦
Smooth Surface: Fiberglass offers a smooth surface, minimizing the risk of snagging or damaging items. It's also easier to clean.
♦  Non-conductive Nature: Fiberglass doesn't conduct electricity, making it a safer choice for electronic components or goods sensitive to electrical conduction.
♦  Temperature Resistance: The material can handle a wide range of temperatures, which is beneficial depending on the stored items' requirements.
♦  Customization: Since fiberglass can be molded, these containers can be designed in various shapes, sizes, and colors to meet specific needs.
♦  UV Resistance: Fiberglass often has good resistance to the degrading effects of UV light, making it suitable for outdoor storage.
♦  Chemical Resistance: Fiberglass can resist many chemicals, making the containers suitable for various industries with different requirements.
♦  Economic in the Long Run: Although the initial investment in fiberglass may be higher than that of alternatives, its durability and long lifespan can make it more cost-effective.

Tote line nesting containers may be consistently used in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and are resistant to oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 – 10.0. Composite construction ensures high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability. The strength-to-weight ratio of these containers exceeds aluminum or steel.
