Quantum Heavy-Duty Clear Small Part Bins | Tri-Clear Polypropylene, Stack and Hang

Quantum heavy-duty clear small part bins are the fully transparent counterpart to the standard opaque Quantum Ultra Stack and Hang bins. Injection-molded from tri-clear polypropylene, these bins allow contents to be identified instantly without opening the bin, picking it up, or reading the label. The parts are visible through the bin walls at a glance from any angle. This visual advantage is particularly valuable for high-variety pick operations where fast part identification reduces both search time and picking errors.

The built-in rear hanger mounts directly on standard louvered panels without an adapter. Bins also stack securely on shelving and mobile carts. A wide stacking ledge with an anti-slip lock prevents forward shifting when stacked. Multi-directional grip points and large molded-in label slots are standard. 

Eighteen sizes share the same dimensions as the corresponding Ultra Stack and Hang models, with the same carton quantities. Prices are per carton. 

Selecting the Right Bin:

♦ Clear vs. opaque Ultra Stack and Hang bins: The clear bins and the opaque Ultra Stack and Hang bins are the same size, use the same louvered panel hanger, and share the same accessory ecosystem. The clear bins provide through-wall content visibility at a higher price per carton than the equivalent opaque models. Choose the clear format when immediate visual content confirmation is a workflow requirement. Choose the opaque format when lower cost is the priority, and the label on the bin face is sufficient for identification.

♦ Size selection, use inside dimensions to confirm the bin accommodates the part with clearance for picking. Use outside dimensions to confirm the bin fits the shelf opening or louvered panel slot. The 18 models span the same size range as the Ultra Stack and Hang series, from the small 5-3/8" L models up to the large 18" L models.

♦ Louvered panel compatibility: the built-in rear hanger fits standard louvered panel hooks directly. Verify louvered panel slot spacing against the Quantum bin hanger specification before ordering for panel installations.

♦ Carton quantities and pricing, most models ship in cartons of 6 to 24 bins, depending on size. Prices are per carton. Calculate the number of cartons needed based on the total bin positions required.
