Quantum Hulk Super-Sized Plastic Bins – Durable Storage Solutions for Large and Bulky Items

Quantum Hulk super-sized plastic bins are large-format stackable bins designed for pallet rack storage, extra-deep shelving, and back-to-back 48-inch rack systems. Three length tiers cover 23-7/8", 29-7/8", and 35-7/8" outside, giving facilities a range of options from just under two feet to just under three feet in length. Each bin features heavy-duty grips on the front, back, and sides. A wide stacking ledge with an anti-slip lock keeps stacked bins stable and prevents them from shifting forward.

Dividers are available for all 13 bin models and are sold separately. 

Selecting the Right Bin:

♦ Length tier, select based on the rack or shelf depth available at the installation position. The 23-7/8" outside length fits most 24"- deep shelving and suits 36"- deep racks with clearance. The 29-7/8" outside length suits 30"- to 36"- deep rack positions. The 35-7/8" outside length is designed for 48"- deep pallet rack configurations where the bin occupies most of the rack depth. Confirm rack or shelf depth before ordering.

♦ Within each length tier, multiple widths and heights are available. The narrower models (8-1/4" wide) suit positions where bin width must be minimized. The wider models (16-1/2", 18-1/4", 19-7/8", 23-7/8") provide more lateral interior volume for bulkier parts. Heights range from 7" to 17-1/2" outside, depending on the model.

♦ Carton quantities and pricing, the 23-7/8" and 29-7/8" narrow models (8-1/4" and 11" wide) ship in cartons of 4 to 6. All wide-format models (16-1/2" wide and above) and all 35-7/8" models ship 1 per carton. Divider package quantities also vary: 6 per package for smaller models, 4 or 1 per package for larger models.

♦ Hulk vs. Quantum Magnum at similar sizes, the Quantum Magnum series covers 5 large-format bin sizes (19-3/4" to 29" long) with confirmed 150-pound stacking capacity and a temperature range of -40°F to 250°F. The Hulk series covers a wider range of 13 models with lengths up to 35-7/8".

♦ Receiving and Incoming Parts Staging, receiving departments staging large incoming parts and sub-assemblies before put-away, using Hulk bins stacked in a rack area to create organized, labeled staging positions by part category or purchase order.

♦ Maintenance Parts Storage for Large Components, maintenance departments storing large replacement parts, motors, large fittings, structural components, and bulky hardware in labeled bin positions on pallet rack. Use the Hulk series for the combination of large volume, stacking capability, and organizational structure.

♦ Warehouse Overstock and Reserve Storage, distribution centers staging overstock above primary pick positions use Hulk bins to hold reserve inventory in a contained, labeled format that can be tipped to replenish the primary pick bin below without requiring a separate handling step.
