MECO Series 1000 Cantilever Rack Starter and Add-On Units are complete storage systems designed for flexibility, simplicity, and efficient material organization. These units take the guesswork out of selecting a cantilever rack system by combining the key components needed to assemble a functional storage bay. A starter unit includes two uprights, straight arms, and brace sets to create one complete bay for storing long, bulky, or irregular items. Add-on units let you expand an existing bay as storage needs grow, without duplicating the uprights and braces already in place.

Single-sided configurations work well when placed against a wall, while double-sided configurations suit open floor areas where material needs to be accessed from both sides. Series 1000 models are available in upright heights of 6', 8', and 10', giving you options based on your available space, load requirements, and storage layout.

Important: MECO Omaha Series 1000 uprights, arms, and brace sets are not interchangeable with any other rack series, so choosing the correct Series 1000 components is essential for proper fit, stability, and performance.

Twelve configurations are available across three heights, starter or add-on, and single or double-sided.

Selection Guide:

♦ Starter vs. add-on: a starter unit provides everything needed for one complete bay, including uprights and braces. An add-on unit expands an existing bay's storage capacity without duplicating those structural components, reducing cost as you grow the system.

♦ Single-sided vs. double-sided: single-sided units suit wall placement, while double-sided units suit open floor areas needing access from both sides.

♦ Upright height, 6', 8', or 10': taller heights generally pair with more, shorter arms at a lower per-arm capacity, while shorter heights use fewer, longer arms at a higher per-arm capacity. Select based on your ceiling clearance and the length of materials being stored.

♦ Component compatibility: Series 1000 uprights, arms, and brace sets are not interchangeable with other MECO rack series. Confirm you are ordering matching Series 1000 components throughout your system.
