Metro Solid Shelving Units, Galvanized & Stainless Steel

Metro Solid Shelving is built from two-fold, 18-gauge steel that forms a 1/8" raised edge on all four sides of each shelf. This raised edge provides all-around rigidity and strength, while the flat, solid style contains spills, minimizes contamination, and permits easier clean-up at the corners and edges.

Shelves can be loaded and unloaded from all sides, allowing full use of the available storage cube, and adjusted in 1" intervals along the entire length of the post. Metro shelf clips are included with every shelf.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Finish: choose Galvanized for general use with minimum corrosion resistance, or Stainless Steel for aggressive or sanitation-sensitive applications.
♦ Shelf count: both galvanized and stainless units are available in 4 or 5 shelf configurations.
♦ Adjustability: both finishes adjust in 1" intervals along the post length, so selection comes down to finish and shelf count.

♦ Wet or Spill-Prone Areas, the raised edge and solid style contain spills for easier clean-up.
♦ Sanitation-Sensitive Facilities, Type 304 stainless steel supports the most aggressive cleaning requirements.
♦ General Storage Applications, galvanized shelving offers minimum corrosion resistance for standard use.
♦ Multi-Sided Access Storage, open construction allows loading and unloading from all sides.
