Akro-Mils Super-Sized small part bins are a high-capacity step-up from the standard 30-Series AkroBins, built for bulk parts storage when standard bin sizes fill too quickly or hold too little per pick location. Each bin holds up to 300 pounds and provides more interior volume for large fasteners, fittings, heavy components, and high-volume small parts that would require multiple standard bins to store the same quantity.

Twelve bin sizes span 20" to 29-1/4" outside length. Accessories available for this series include length dividers, width dividers, and clear window inserts. The window inserts are unique to the Super-Sized series and let you close off the front while still displaying contents through a clear panel. Carton quantities range from 1 to 4 bins per carton, depending on the model.

Selecting the Right Bin:

♦ Size selection: use the inside dimensions to confirm the bin accommodates the part, and the outside dimensions to confirm the bin fits the shelf opening or stacking footprint. Note: three models (30284, 30292, 30293) currently show an inside dimension larger than the outside dimension; correct these before publishing.
♦ Carton quantities and pricing: all prices are per carton, ranging from 1 to 4 bins per carton. Confirm the carton quantity for the selected model before ordering.
♦ Weight limit: each Super-Sized bin holds up to 300 pounds, evenly distributed. Do not exceed this limit when filling with heavy components such as bolts, cast fittings, or dense hardware.
♦ Length dividers vs. width dividers: 40-prefix length dividers split the bin front to back, and 41-prefix width dividers split it side to side. Both are model-specific; confirm fit before ordering.
♦ Clear window inserts, 21-prefix window inserts close off the open front of specific bins while keeping contents visible. Model-specific; confirm compatibility before ordering.
♦ Super-Sized vs. 30-Series AkroBins: choose the standard 30-Series for fine small parts in large carton quantities, or Super-Sized for larger parts, heavier loads, or higher per-location inventory volumes.
