The Wesco Electric High Lift Pallet Jack Truck (272937) is built for operations that want the flexibility of a pallet jack with the ergonomic advantages of a powered high lift. Instead of manually pumping a jack to work height, this unit uses an electric lift to raise pallets to an ergonomic height—ideal for order picking, work feeding, loading/unloading, and assembly.
With 27" wide x 45" long forks (6.5" wide each) and a 3,000 lb capacity, it’s sized for standard pallets while handling serious weight. The lift range—from 3.3" lowered height to 31" raised height—brings product up to a comfortable working level, reducing bending, reaching, and repetitive strain on operators.
Lift is powered by a 12V system with a 10–12 second lift time unloaded, and a 12-volt battery charger is included. The truck features a telescoping lift for added stability and performance at height. An overload bypass protects the hydraulic system from damage if someone attempts to exceed the rated capacity.
The 180° steering radius and comfort-coated handles make maneuvering easy in narrow aisles and tight staging areas. Rolling on 6" moldon polyurethane steering wheels and 3" moldon polyurethane load wheels, the jack moves smoothly and quietly while protecting floors from damage.
Adding a powered lift to a pallet jack footprint, this unit is a strong fit for production cells, packing stations, line feeding, and any application where pallets need to be worked from, not just moved.
