Akro-Mils Stak-N-Store small parts bins are built for industrial parts that are too heavy or bulky for standard plastic bins. At 75 pounds per bin, the Stak-N-Store carries significantly more than the standard 30-Series AkroBins and is constructed from reinforced plastic with ribbing, strengthened sidewalls, and large-radius corners that resist cracking, bowing, and deformation under load. The wide hopper front provides fast, unobstructed access to the bin interior. Large comfort-grip handles make lifting and repositioning easier during daily handling.

All three models stack securely for vertical storage on floors or industrial shelving. Both outside and inside dimensions are listed for each model. Prices are per carton: the 13014 ships 4 bins per carton, the 13017 ships 3 bins per carton, and the 13018 ships 2 bins per carton.

Selecting the Right Bin:

♦ Size: Use the inside dimensions to confirm the bin accommodates the part with comfortable clearance for retrieval. Use the outside dimensions to confirm the bin fits the shelf opening, stacking footprint, or floor position. The 13014 is the narrowest at 10-7/8" wide outside. The 13017 is the widest at 19-7/8" wide, providing the most lateral interior space. The 13018 is the longest and widest among the rectangular-format models.

♦ 75-pound capacity, this is the highest per-bin capacity of any Akro-Mils bin series on this site. The reinforced construction is designed to maintain shape and stability under this load without the sidewall bowing or floor deflection that lighter-duty bins show when heavily loaded. 

♦ Stak-N-Store vs. 30-Series AkroBins, the 30-Series bins are optimized for a large number of individual part numbers in smaller, lighter quantities, with more bin positions and smaller per-bin capacity. The Stak-N-Store is for larger, heavier parts where fewer bin positions are needed, but each bin must hold significant weight. Choose the 30-Series for fine small-parts organization at volume. Choose the Stak-N-Store for heavy components, large fasteners, and bulky parts that would overload a standard bin.

♦ Hopper front access, the wide hopper opening allows parts to be retrieved quickly without tilting or fully removing the bin. This is the same hopper-front concept as the 30-Series, applied to a heavier-duty format.
