Akro-Mils Akro-Grid Divider Bins Dividable Plastic Boxes for Small Parts

Akro-Grid dividable boxes have internal slots that accommodate optional dividers, allowing you to create custom compartments within a single bin for multiple part numbers, SKUs, or components. Instead of dedicating one bin per item, one Akro-Grid box can organize an entire assembly kit, a group of related fasteners, or multiple replenishment items in clearly separated sections.

The open layout makes contents easy to see, count, and retrieve during picking or assembly work. Dividers are removable and reconfigurable, so compartment layouts can be updated as inventory changes without replacing the container. Solvent-resistant polypropylene construction withstands industrial use and cleaning.

Eight models are available across three footprint groups. All are sold by the carton. Prices are listed by manufacturer model number for easy comparison with competitors.

Choosing the Right Model:

Models are grouped by outside footprint. Within each group, select based on the depth you need for your parts' height.

Small Footprint -- 10-7/8" x 8-1/4" outside:
♦ 33105 -- 5" deep, 20 per carton. Best for shallow parts or high-density shelving where vertical space is limited.

Mid Footprint -- 16-1/2" x 10-7/8" outside:
♦ 33164 -- 4" deep, 12 per carton. Shallowest in the mid-size group. Good for flat hardware, gaskets, or thin components.
♦ 33166 -- 6" deep, 8 per carton. Standard depth for most general small parts and fastener applications.
♦ 33168 -- 8" deep, 6 per carton. Best for taller parts, longer bolts, or items that need more vertical clearance per compartment.

Large Footprint -- 22-3/8" x 17-3/8" outside:
♦ 33223 -- 3" deep, 6 per carton. Very shallow. Best for flat parts, labels, documents, or thin components in a wide-format container.
♦ 33224 -- 4" deep, 6 per carton. Low-profile, large-format for organizing multiple small SKUs across a wide surface area.
♦ 33226 -- 6" deep, 4 per carton. Standard depth in the large footprint. Balances capacity and visibility well for most kitting and assembly applications.
♦ 33228 -- 8" deep, 3 per carton. Deepest in the range. Best for tall parts or applications requiring more volume per compartment in the large footprint.
