The Biofit BE-Series Ergonomic Cleanroom Chair is designed for comfort during extended workdays and for durability under sustained use. Specifically designed for cleanroom environments, this chair incorporates materials and components that comply with cleanroom standards, making it an excellent choice for settings where comfort, cleanliness, and durability are paramount.

The backrest measures 15-1/2 inches wide by 14-1/2 inches high, equipped with lumbar support and a protective plastic panel to enhance comfort and safety. The seat has a concave design, 18-1/2 inches wide by 16-1/2 inches deep by 3 inches thick, featuring an internal seat board bumper guard for added durability.

Controls include Task Control Soft Touch for easy pneumatic seat-height adjustment, a fixed rearward seat tilt of 3-1/2 degrees, and adjustable backrest tilt and height. Casters and glides offer dual-wheel, non-marring polyurethane casters that resist rolling when unoccupied, or optional 2-inch-high polyamide glides. All metal components are chrome-plated for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, and the chair supports up to 350 pounds.

To find your ideal seat height, subtract 12 inches from your work surface height. Use that number as the mid-point of the seat height adjustment range you choose. This formula fits most workers, and BioFit's range of adjustment options accommodates the rest.
