Buckhorn BG48-Series general-purpose bulk boxes are built for demanding material-handling environments where durability, efficiency, and space optimization matter. Rated at a 1,200-lb capacity, they are well-suited for beverage preforms, caps, closures, and general warehouse distribution applications.

The collapsible design folds flat in seconds, reducing storage footprint and cutting return freight costs when containers cycle back empty. Two drop doors per container improve access for picking and loading, as well as for conveyor and forklift operations. Built with 100% recyclable HDPE, these containers deliver a long service life while supporting sustainability goals.

Two height options are available, both sharing the same 48" x 40" footprint and a 1,200 lb capacity rating.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Container height, 33" or 46", select based on the volume of material to be stored or transported. The 46" model offers significantly greater volume within the same footprint; the 33" model suits applications where stack height is constrained by rack or trailer clearance.

♦ Two drop doors: access from two doors speeds up picking and loading compared to single-door designs, particularly useful in high-cycle conveyor and forklift-handling environments.

♦ Application fit, the 1,200 lb capacity, and general-purpose construction make this series well-suited for beverage preforms, caps, closures, and similar lightweight bulk products. For heavier loads, the Buckhorn BH-Series (2,500 lb, same footprint)
