The Buckhorn BH-Series 48x45 is a heavy-duty collapsible bulk container rated at 2,500 lbs, built for operations that require maximum load capacity, impact resistance, and long-term reliability in high-cycle manufacturing, warehousing, and returnable packaging environments. Selecting the Right Model:

♦ BH-Series 48x45 vs. BH-Series 48x40 (same brand, different footprint): both are heavy-duty BH-Series containers with three steel runner-reinforced bases and a 2,500 lb capacity. The 48x40 version (path 1003_1017) is available in 25" and 34" heights. The 48x45 version on this page is currently available in 34" only. The wider 48x45 footprint provides more interior volume at the same height. Choose the 48x45 when the wider footprint is needed for larger load types or when interior volume is a priority.

The BN-Series (path 1003_2738) uses structural foam walls with an injection-molded, welded base and offers six height options (25" to 51") at 2,500 lb (25" and 34") and 2,000 lb (39" to 51"). The BH-Series uses a three-steel-runner reinforced base.
