The HL-Series Sewn Seams Ergonomic Chair is expertly crafted with sewn seams to minimize compression of the cushion foam, significantly enhancing comfort, performance, and aesthetic appeal. The strategic use of seams during manufacturing reduces compression in the pre-contoured foam seats and backrest cushioning, resulting in fuller lines and improved form. This design enhances comfort and support for the user, ensuring the chair remains substantially more comfortable over the long term.

The backrest measures 15.5 inches wide by 14.5 inches high with lumbar support, enhanced by sewn seams for added durability and a plastic protective panel for longevity. The ergonomic seat measures 18.5 inches wide, 17 inches deep, and 3 inches thick, featuring sewn seams and a waterfall front to reduce pressure on the legs, as well as an internal seatboard bumper guard for added protection.

Controls include the Task Control Soft Touch system with pneumatic seat height adjustment, a fixed rearward seat tilt of 3.5 degrees, and adjustable backrest tilt and height. Mobility options include dual-wheel, non-marring polyurethane casters that resist rolling when unoccupied, or 2 inch high polyamide glides for various floor types. Metal parts have a standard black powder-coated paint finish, with additional color options available. It accommodates up to 350 pounds.
