MFG fiberglass nest-only containers are glass-reinforced thermoset totes and trays that nest compactly when empty, reducing storage and return freight space significantly compared to stack-only designs. When in use, they sit flat and do not interlock with adjacent containers, making them easy to pick up, move, and access without disturbing neighboring units.

Fiberglass construction provides a high strength-to-weight ratio, making these containers lighter to handle than metal alternatives while resisting deformation, cracking, and chemical degradation that affect plastic containers in demanding environments. Nest Only vs. Stack-Only and Nest-Stack -- Choosing the Right Design:

When containers are always used individually on flat surfaces such as shelves, workbenches, carts, or drawers, the absence of stacking ability is not a limitation.
♦ Stack-only containers stack in a fixed position but do not nest. They are the better choice when stable vertical stacking of full containers is needed for storage or transport.
♦ Nest-stack containers do both, alternating between stacking and nesting with a 180-degree turn. They are the most versatile design but are typically larger and heavier than nest-only containers in equivalent sizes.
