Quantum RSO Series containers are heavy-duty stackable totes built for shipping, storage, and work-in-process applications that require consistent container geometry and reliable load stability. Straight interior walls maximize usable cube and allow containers of different sizes to stack squarely on standard pallets without shifting. Reinforced corners support a 150 lb stacking load for high-density storage and multi-tier transport. Ergonomic handgrips at each end make handling easier during picking, stacking, and movement.

HDPE construction delivers long service life in demanding industrial environments. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for straightforward competitor comparison.

Choosing the Right Model:
Nine models are available across three footprint sizes, with two lid options sold separately. Select the footprint that fits your shelving, conveyor, or pallet configuration, then choose depth based on the height of your typical load.

Small Footprint -- 12" x 7-1/2" outside:
♦ RSO1207-5 -- 5" deep, 12" x 7-1/2" outside, 9-3/4" x 5-1/2" inside. Compact tote for small parts, tight shelving, and high-density storage. No lid available in this size.

Mid Footprint -- 15" x 12" outside:
♦ RSO1215-5 -- 5" deep, 15" x 12" outside, 13" x 9-1/2" inside. Low-profile tote for shallow parts or operations with limited vertical clearance.
RSO1215-7 -- 7-1/2" deep, 15" x 12" outside, 13" x 9-1/2" inside. Standard depth for most general warehouse and parts storage applications in this footprint.
♦ LID1215 -- Lid for 15" x 12" containers. Fits RSO1215-5 and RSO1215-7. Order separately if covered storage or transport is required.

Large Footprint -- 24" x 15" outside:
♦ RSO2415-5 -- 5" deep, 24" x 15" outside, 21-1/2" x 13" inside. Low-profile, large-format for flat parts, documents, or high-density shelf storage.
♦ RSO2415-7 -- 7-1/2" deep, 24" x 15" outside, 21-1/2" x 13" inside. Standard depth. The most commonly selected model in the large footprint range.
♦ RSO2415-9 -- 9-1/2" deep, 24" x 15" outside, 21-1/2" x 13" inside. Added depth for taller parts or higher-volume loads in the same footprint.
♦ LID2415 -- Lid for 24" x 15" containers. Fits RSO2415-5, RSO2415-7, and RSO2415-9. Order separately.

Wide Large Footprint -- 24" x 22" outside:
♦ RSO2422-11 -- 11" deep, 24" x 22" outside, 21-1/2" x 20-1/2" inside. Widest and deepest model in the range. Best for large, bulky items or operations consolidating more product per tote to reduce trip count.
