The Hallowell 4523-12PL-AM MedSafe Antimicrobial Storeroom Shelving delivers heavy-duty, configurable storage with a finish designed for cleaner environments—plus the added containment of a closed unit with side and back panels. It blends the versatility of the Hi-Tech shelving system with the antimicrobial powder-coat protection found in Hallowell’s MedSafe line, making it a strong fit for schools, clinics, labs, nurses’ offices, athletic departments, and facility storage areas where infection control or moisture-related issues can be a concern.

Finished in 711 Platinum, the antimicrobial powder coat is intended to help protect coated surfaces against microbes such as bacteria, mold, and mildew, with manufacturer-stated performance lasting up to 20 years. Components are prepped with a seven-stage zinc/iron phosphate cleaning process to inhibit corrosion before coating, then finished with a high-grade antimicrobial powder that’s sprayed and baked at 350°F for a minimum of 20 minutes for a tough, durable surface.

With 8 shelf levels in a space-saving 12" depth, this unit maximizes vertical storage while keeping the installation tidy and contained—ideal for supplies, cartons, equipment, and organized inventory bins.
