Logitrans Panther Inox Plus Stainless Steel Manual Pallet Truck | Food, Pharma, Washdown

The Logitrans Panther Inox Plus is a fully stainless steel manual hydraulic pallet truck designed for environments with stringent hygiene requirements, frequent washdowns, and exposure to moisture, water, cleaning agents, and corrosive conditions. It is the only stainless steel pallet truck in the CustomMHS catalog and is the appropriate choice when carbon steel or painted-steel equipment would corrode, contaminate, or fail to meet facility sanitation standards.

The stainless construction resists rust and corrosion from water and cleaning chemicals, supporting compliance with sanitation requirements in food processing, pharmaceutical, laboratory, and commercial kitchen environments. The ergonomically shaped handle is designed for a comfortable grip and reduced operator strain during repeated use. At 4,400 lb capacity, it handles standard palletized loads in these environments.

Three models are available across a range of fork lengths, all with a 4,400 lb capacity and a choice of 20.5" or 27" fork width.

Models and Specifications:

♦ Panther Inox Plus-32-38-45, 20.5" or 27" W forks. Fork length configured at 32", 38", or 45" -- verify with Logitrans whether this is a single configurable SKU or separate products, and specify the required fork length when ordering. Capacity 4,400 lbs. Full stainless steel construction. Ergonomic handle. For pallets requiring shorter fork lengths in hygienic environments.

♦ Panther Inox Plus-48, 20.5" or 27" W forks. 48" L forks. Capacity 4,400 lbs. Full stainless steel construction. Ergonomic handle. Standard full-pallet fork length -- suited for GMA pallets in food, pharma, and washdown environments.

♦ Panther Inox Plus-60, 20.5" or 27" W forks. 60" L forks. Capacity 4,400 lbs. Full stainless steel construction. Ergonomic handle. Extended fork length for longer pallets and skids in hygienic environments requiring greater fork depth than a standard 48" provides.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Fork length: 32"/38"/45", 48", or 60"; select based on the pallet or skid depth used in the facility. Standard GMA pallets (40" deep) are served by the 48" model. Shorter custom pallets in food service and pharmaceutical operations are served by the 32"/38"/45" configurable model. Longer pallets or two-pallet transport in stainless environments are served by the 60" model. Confirm the fork length matches the pallet type before ordering.

♦ Fork width, 20.5" or 27", available on all three models. The 20.5" width suits narrower pallet entry openings and tighter aisle clearance. The 27" width provides a broader fork spread for standard pallet entry. Specify fork width at the time of order.

♦ Panther Inox Plus vs. standard steel pallet trucks: all other pallet trucks in the CustomMHS catalog (Wesco, Bishamon, Lift Products) use carbon steel or painted steel construction. These are not suitable for environments requiring corrosion resistance or sanitary cleanability. Choose the Panther Inox Plus specifically when washdown exposure, moisture, or hygiene compliance requires stainless construction.

♦ Capacity, 4,400 lb, the Panther Inox Plus is rated at 4,400 lbs, somewhat lower than the 5,500 lb standard of the Wesco and Bishamon pallet trucks in the catalog. Verify that the maximum expected load weight in the application falls within 4,400 lbs.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ Food Processing and Cold Storage Pallet Transport: Food processing plants and cold storage facilities using palletized ingredients, packaging, and finished goods require corrosion-resistant handling equipment that withstands water, cleaning compounds, and low-temperature condensation. The Panther Inox Plus handles pallet transport under these conditions without risk of rust or contamination.

♦ Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Environments, pharmaceutical production and laboratory facilities with ISO cleanliness requirements and regular washdown routines use stainless steel pallet trucks to maintain contamination control and pass sanitation audits where carbon steel would be disqualifying.

♦ Commercial Kitchens and Food Service Distribution, commercial kitchen operations and food service distribution centers moving palletized food product through wash zones and wet preparation areas use the Panther Inox Plus for stainless pallet transport compatible with high-frequency cleaning and sanitizing routines.

♦ Beverage and Dairy Production, beverage bottling and dairy processing facilities where water, acids, and sanitizers are regularly present on production floors use stainless handling equipment throughout the facility, including pallet trucks, to maintain corrosion-free operation in continuously wet environments.
