Bishamon BXB Series Battery-Powered Scissor Lift Carts | Single and Double Scissor, Up to 63.8"

The Bishamon BXB Series MobiLift battery-powered scissor lift carts are the electric-powered counterparts to the manual Bishamon BX Series. A 24V DC electric unit powers the hydraulic lift mechanism, replacing foot-pump operation with push-button electric controls. Push bars and heavy-duty casters provide mobility for repositioning throughout the facility. Heavy-duty steel frame construction and high-quality hydraulic components are designed for long service life in active industrial environments.

Six models are available in two configurations: three single-scissor (BX-30B, BX-50B, BX-80B) and three double-scissor (BX-15WB, BX-30SB, BX-50WB). The double-scissor models provide significantly greater maximum lift heights than the single-scissor models, with the BX-30SB reaching 63.8", the highest in the BXB Series lineup.

♦ BX-50B, 20.5" W, 39.8" L platform. Lift range 17.2" to 40.4". Capacity 1,100 lbs. Single scissor. 24V DC electric. The highest maximum height of the single-scissor models is at 40.4".

♦ BX-80B, 20.5" W, 39.8" L platform. Lift range 17.2" to 38.4". Capacity 1,760 lbs. Single scissor. 24V DC electric. Highest capacity in the single-scissor lineup. Note: maximum height (38.4") is lower than the BX-50B (40.4") due to the heavier scissor mechanism at higher capacity.

♦ BX-15WB, 19.7" W, 32.1" L platform. Lift range 15.2" to 54.1". Capacity 330 lbs. Double scissor. 24V DC electric. Entry-level double-scissor model. Reaches 54.1" maximum at 330 lb capacity.

♦ BX-30SB, 20.5" W, 39.8" L platform. Lift range 17.5" to 63.8". Capacity 660 lbs. Double scissor. 24V DC electric. Highest maximum lift height in the BXB lineup at 63.8".

♦ BX-50WB, 20.5" W, 39.8" L platform. Lift range 17.1" to 63.2". Capacity 1,100 lbs. Double scissor. 24V DC electric. Highest capacity double-scissor model. Reaches 63.2" at 1,100 lb capacity.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Single vs. double scissor, single-scissor models (BX-30B, BX-50B, BX-80B) reach a maximum of 35" to 40.4" depending on capacity. Double-scissor models (BX-15WB, BX-30SB, BX-50WB) reach 54.1" to 63.8". Choose a single-scissor when the application's maximum transfer height falls within the 35" to 40" range, and a capacity of up to 1,760 lb is needed. Choose double-scissor when elevated transfers above 40" are required.

♦ Capacity, the BX-15WB handles 330 lbs. BX-30B and BX-30SB each handle 660 lbs. BX-50B and BX-50WB each handle 1,100 lbs. The BX-80B handles 1,760 lbs, the highest in the BXB lineup. Select a model rated comfortably above the typical load weight.

♦ Maximum height at higher capacity, the BX-80B (1,760 lb) reaches a lower maximum height (38.4") than the BX-50B (1,100 lb, 40.4") despite the same platform size. This is a characteristic of the heavier scissor mechanism at higher capacity. 

♦ Minimum lowered height, the BX-30B lowers to 11.5", the lowest in the BXB lineup, and suited for near-floor loading. Most other models lower to 15.2" to 17.5". Verify compatibility with the load source before ordering.

♦ Battery-powered vs. manual BX Series, the BXB models are the electric equivalents of the manual BX Series. BX-30B corresponds to the manual BX-25; BX-50B to the BX-50; BX-80B to the BX-75. Choose electric for high-frequency use or when eliminating foot-pump fatigue is a priority.
