Lift Products MMLE Battery Powered Scissor Lift Cart

The Lift Products MMLE series (Maxx-Mini Lift Electric) provides battery-powered hydraulic scissor lift cart operation without foot pumping. An onboard 12-volt battery powers the electric motor. Push-button controls located on the handle raise and lower the platform for smooth, controlled operation. The battery-powered lift is particularly well-suited to high-frequency lifting tasks and heavier loads, where manual foot pumping would cause significant operator fatigue over the course of a shift.

Four models are available in two scissor configurations. MMLE-100 and MMLE-100XL are single-scissor models with a 2,200-lb capacity. MMLE-50D and MMLE-80D are double-scissor models (the D suffix indicates double scissor), providing greater maximum lift heights than the single-scissor models. The double-scissor MMLE-50D reaches 63.5", the highest maximum height in the MMLE lineup.

Models and Specifications:

♦ MMLE-100, 20.5" W, 39.75" L platform. Lift range 19.25" to 32.75". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Single scissor. Highest capacity in the MMLE lineup. Note: the minimum lowered height is 19.25"; the load source must be at or above 19.25" for the cart to position beneath it.

♦ MMLE-100XL, 31.5" W, 47.25" L platform. Lift range 17" to 48". Capacity 2,200 lbs. Single scissor, extended platform. Larger platform than MMLE-100 with a lower minimum height (17") and a higher maximum (48"). Suited for loads with a wider footprint than the standard 20.5" wide platform can accommodate.

♦ MMLE-50D, 20.5" W, 39.75" L platform. Lift range 19.5" to 63.5". Capacity 1,100 lbs. Double scissor. Highest maximum lift height in the lineup at 63.5". Choose when elevated conveyors or high transfer positions require a height that single-scissor models cannot reach.

♦ MMLE-80D, 20.5" W, 39.75" L platform. Lift range 20" to 57". Capacity 1,760 lbs. Double scissor. Higher capacity than MMLE-50D with a lower maximum height (57"). A mid-point between the high-height MMLE-50D and the high-capacity single-scissor MMLE-100.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Single vs. double scissor, single-scissor models (MMLE-100 and MMLE-100XL) provide capacities of 2,200 lbs with maximum heights of 32.75" and 48". Double-scissor models (MMLE-50D and MMLE-80D) provide maximum heights of 57" and 63.5" at lower capacities (1,100 and 1,760 lb). Choose a single scissor when a 2,200-lb capacity is needed, and the maximum height is sufficient. Choose double-scissor when elevated transfers above 48" are required.

♦ Capacity, MMLE-50D handles 1,100 lbs. MMLE-80D handles 1,760 lbs. MMLE-100 and MMLE-100XL both handle 2,200 lbs. Select a model rated comfortably above the typical load weight.

♦ Platform size, MMLE-100 and both double-scissor models use the standard 20.5" x 39.75" platform. MMLE-100XL uses the extended 31.5" x 47.25" platform for loads exceeding the footprint of the standard platform.

♦ Minimum lowered height, MMLE-100 lowers to 19.25" and MMLE-50D and MMLE-80D lower to approximately 19.5" to 20". MMLE-100XL lowers to 17". 

♦ Battery-powered vs. manual MMLE equivalent, the MMLE-100 is the electric equivalent of the manual MML-100 (same platform, same capacity), and the MMLE-50D mirrors the manual MML-50D. Choose electric for high-frequency or heavier-load operations where manual pumping would limit throughput or cause fatigue.

♦ High-Volume Warehouse Picking and Staging, warehouse operations cycling loads repeatedly throughout a shift, use the MMLE to eliminate the physical pumping effort of manual carts, maintaining consistent lift speed and operator energy across a full shift at 1,100 to 2,200 lb load ranges.

♦ Heavy Assembly and Production Parts Positioning: assembly operations handling loads approaching or at 2,200 lbs use the MMLE-100 or MMLE-100XL to position heavy assemblies, fixtures, and subassemblies at working height without the physical effort required by manual 2,200-lb lift carts.

♦ Elevated Conveyor Loading at 50" to 63.5": operations transferring loads to elevated conveyors, high-position staging areas, or second-level equipment use the MMLE-50D (up to 63.5") or MMLE-80D (up to 57") for powered electric lifting to heights exceeding the range of single-scissor battery-powered models.

♦ Multi-Station Workflows Requiring Frequent Height Changes, production lines, and kitting operations where the load height is adjusted frequently between workstations use the push-button electric controls to adjust height faster and with less effort than manual pumping, improving throughput on high-cycle workflows.
