Lightweight ergonomic stackers are compact lifting units designed for low- to mid-capacity operations in tight aisles, workstations, backrooms, and spaces where full-size industrial stackers are impractical. Capacities in this category run from 125 to 550 lb, well below the 1,000 to 2,200 lb range of the standard manual and battery-powered stackers elsewhere in the lift equipment section. These units prioritize maneuverability, compact footprint, and ease of operation for everyday light-to-medium material handling.

Both manual and battery-powered configurations are available. Battery-powered models (Vestil PEL Quick Lifts and Work Positioners, Lift Products Maxx-Ergo) use a DC electric lift for push-button operation. Manual models (Presto Lifts LiftStik) use a hand pump or push-crank mechanism. Minimum lift heights range from 4-1/8" to 5-5/8", and maximum lift heights reach up to 72", suited for elevated shelf, conveyor, and rack positions at light capacities.
