The Logitrans EHSSI is a battery-powered, manual-push straddle stacker built from AISI 316L stainless steel for hygienic production environments. It is the straddle-leg equivalent of the EHLIP stainless skid lift, combining full stainless-steel construction with electric lift and all-pallet compatibility for facilities that require both hygiene compliance and frequent powered stacking.
Straddle legs allow it to handle all pallet types, including closed-bottom pallets. Electric lift raises loads at the push of a button across six height options from 46" to 112", maintaining 2,200 lb capacity at all listed heights. The ergonomic handle supports a relaxed grip during manual pushing, and rounded corners protect surrounding surfaces and goods during transport.
All models share the same 6.5" fork span and 45" fork length. The only difference between models is the maximum lift height.
Standard steel stackers corrode, trap contaminants in surface imperfections, and degrade during repeated washdown. The EHSSI eliminates those issues with full AISI 316L stainless steel construction, which resists corrosion, moisture, and the sanitizing agents used in food, pharmaceutical, beverage, and regulated production environments. ♦ Where the EHSSI fits in the Logitrans stainless range, HLIP (manual lift, stainless skid lift, open-bottom pallets only) suits lower-frequency use without an electric lift. EHLIP (electric lift, stainless skid lift, open-bottom pallets only) suits frequent lifting where only open-bottom or skid pallets are used. HSI (manual lift, stainless stacker, standard pallets) suits facilities where battery charging is impractical or not permitted. EHSI (electric lift, stainless fork-over stacker, standard pallets) is the electric-lift equivalent for facilities using only open-bottom or standard pallets.
