Presto-Lift Industrial AC Electric Stackers | Mobile and Stationary, 50" to 130" Lift

Presto-Lift AC Electric Stackers are corded electric-powered stackers designed for demanding industrial lifting and stacking applications in warehouses, production facilities, and distribution environments. A 1 HP, 115V, 60Hz AC motor powers the lift mechanism, providing consistent, high-performance lifting without requiring battery charging. A remote control with a coil cord extending from 4 to 20 feet allows the operator to control lift and lower functions from a comfortable standing position away from the mast.

Standard features across all models include 1" thick x 3" wide x 30" long solid steel forks (adjustable span) with 12" high backs, leaf-type chains with an 8,250 lb yield point, and a heavy-duty floor lock for stable positioning during stacking. An optional 32" x 30" slip-on platform converts the stacker from a fork configuration to a flat-platform configuration for non-palletized loads.

Two configuration types are available: Mobile (EPF/EPFT prefix) and Stationary (ESF prefix). Mobile models are designed for repositioning throughout the facility and lower to 5-1/4". Stationary models are intended for fixed-location use and lower to 3-1/4". The lower minimum allows engagement of loads closer to the floor.

Selection Guide:

♦ Mobile vs. Stationary: mobile models (EPF and EPFT prefixes) are designed to be moved between locations. Stationary models (ESF prefix) are intended for a fixed work position and lower to 3-1/4" for better, consistent loading from near-floor level. Choose mobile when the stacker must serve multiple positions. Choose stationary when the unit will remain in one location and the lower 3-1/4" starting position is beneficial.

♦ Standard vs. wide-mast mobile (EPFT series), the standard EPF mobile models are 32" wide x 47" long. The EPFT models (EPFT796, EPFT7110, EPFT7130) are wider and longer at 40" wide x 56" long, suited for larger pallets or load footprints that the standard EPF mast cannot accommodate. The EPFT models reach 94", 110", and 130" maximum heights -- the tallest mobile options in the lineup.

♦ Maximum raised height, heights range from 50" (ESF750) to 130" (EPFT7130 and ESF7118). Select the model whose maximum height meets or exceeds the highest rack position or stacking requirement. The number suffix in each model number indicates the maximum raised height in inches.

♦ Corded AC operation: all models require a 115V AC power outlet within the cord's reach (4 to 20 feet). Verify that adequate outlets are available at all operating positions before ordering. For applications where a power cord is impractical, battery-powered stackers (Logitrans ELF Series or equivalent) are the appropriate alternative.

♦ Optional slip-on platform: The optional 32" x 30" slip-on platform converts the stacker to a flat-surface lifter for bins, boxes, and equipment that cannot be handled by forks.

♦ Remote control cord, the 4' to 20' extendable coil cord allows the operator to stand at a safe distance from the mast during lifting and lowering. This is standard equipment on all models and is a meaningful safety and ergonomic feature for high-lift operations.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ High-Bay Pallet Rack Loading to 130", warehouse operations loading pallets into high-bay racking at heights from 50" to 130" use the Presto-Lift AC stackers as a powered alternative to manual stackers or forklifts for lower-frequency high-bay rack loading where a permanent outlet is available.

♦ Fixed-Position Production and Staging Stations, production facilities, and distribution operations using the stationary ESF models at fixed stacking or staging positions take advantage of the lower 3-1/4" minimum height for consistent engagement from near-floor level throughout each shift.

♦ Wide-Pallet Handling with EPFT Models: operations handling larger pallets or wider load footprints that exceed the standard EPF mast dimensions use the EPFT models for the wider, longer mast configuration at the highest mobile lift heights in the lineup (up to 130").

♦ Operations Requiring Frequent Lift Cycling Without Battery Management: in facilities where battery charging logistics are impractical or disruptive, use corded AC stackers to eliminate battery management entirely, maintaining consistent lift performance throughout the shift from the 115V outlet.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What are Presto-Lift industrial AC electric stackers used for?
Presto-Lift industrial AC electric stackers are heavy-duty powered pallet lifts designed to raise, transport, and position palletized loads in demanding industrial environments. They provide a reliable alternative to forklifts for stacking and material movement in warehouses and production facilities. These stackers are built for frequent use, with powered lifting and ergonomic handling as priorities. They support efficient pallet management with smooth electric performance.
How does AC electric power improve handling efficiency?
AC-powered lift-and-drive systems deliver consistent performance and smooth control for daily operations. Operators can move and elevate loads with minimal physical strain, reducing fatigue across long shifts. Electric handling also enables safer positioning than manual lifting. This combination improves throughput and keeps workflows running smoothly.
What makes these stackers suitable for heavy-duty pallet handling?
Industrial AC electric stackers are designed to handle higher workloads and frequent lifting cycles. Their powered operation supports handling heavier pallet loads while maintaining stability and control. This makes them ideal for busy warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing operations. They offer strong lifting capability without the bulk of larger lift equipment.
Where do Presto-Lift industrial stackers perform best?
These stackers perform exceptionally well in distribution centers, production lines, staging zones, and high-traffic warehouse environments. They are especially useful where pallets must be stacked, transported, or positioned repeatedly throughout the day. Their maneuverability makes them more effective in tight aisles than forklifts. Any operation needing dependable powered pallet handling can benefit from this equipment.
How do powered stackers support productivity and workflow consistency?
By combining lift and movement into a single powered unit, these stackers reduce wasted motion and accelerate repetitive material-handling tasks. Operators can position pallets quickly and accurately with less manual effort. Smooth electric lifting improves load stability and lowers handling errors. Over time, these benefits improve throughput and daily operational efficiency.
