Vestil DIE-Series Industrial Die Table

The Vestil Die Table is engineered to minimize back injuries and prevent cumulative trauma disorders. This table elevates heavy dies, tools, and molds to an optimal working height, enhancing ergonomic safety and efficiency in the workplace. It features a foot-pump-operated hydraulic system for precise height adjustment, allowing operators to fine-tune the working height without leaving the load unattended.

Built from all-welded steel, this durable construction ensures many years of reliable service. The compact frame size lets the unit maneuver into hard-to-reach locations with ease, a real advantage around tooling and equipment with limited clearance. Mobility is supported by two rigid and two swivel casters with side brakes, providing stable movement and secure positioning once the table is in place.  Six configurations are available, all rated at 2,000 lb capacity.

♦ DIE-2430-36-C, 24" wide x 30" long. Service range 24-1/2" to 36". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Same construction and features as DIE-2430-36 with a chrome top platform.

♦ DIE-2430-48, 24" wide x 30" long. Service range 30" to 48". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Same construction and features as DIE-2430-36 at a taller service range.

♦ DIE-2430-48-C, 24" wide x 30" long. Service range 30-1/2" to 48". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Same construction and features as DIE-2430-48 with a chrome top platform.

♦ DIE-2430-60, 24" wide x 30" long. Service range 36" to 60". Capacity 2,000 lbs. The tallest standard-top model in this lineup.

♦ DIE-2430-60-C, 24" wide x 30" long. Service range 36-3/4" to 60-3/4". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Same construction and features as DIE-2430-60 with a chrome top platform.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Service range: 24" to 36", 30" to 48", or 36" to 60"; select based on the working height range needed for your task. Taller ranges suit standing workstations or access to taller equipment.

♦ Chrome top platform: models with the "C" suffix feature a chrome-finished top, a durable, easy-to-clean surface for applications where corrosion resistance or appearance matters.

♦ Compact frame maneuverability, well suited to tight spaces around tooling, machinery, or storage racks where a larger lift table wouldn't fit.
