The Bishamon LX-Series is an electro-hydraulic scissor lift table engineered for the lowest possible collapsed height. Four capacity tiers lower to between 2.9" and 4.3" from the floor, low enough for a standard pallet jack or four-wheel cart to roll directly onto the platform without a ramp. This is the key functional difference between a lo-profile table and a standard scissor lift table, which typically collapses to 6" or higher. All LX models include a full-perimeter electric toe guard and captured scissor rollers as standard.

Understanding the LX Series Models

♦ LX-25 series (550 lb, 2.9" lowered height, raises to 20.9" or 30"):
The lightest-duty tier. Suited for lighter pallet loads, carts, and totes in workstations where the primary need is roll-on loading at near-floor height. Two platform options: LX-25S (23.5" x 32.5", 18" travel) and LX-25L (23.5" x 40", 27.1" travel).

♦ LX-50 series (1,100 lb, 2.9" lowered height, raises to 20.9" or 30"):
Same lowered height and platform dimensions as the LX-25 but rated for twice the capacity. For heavier loads in the same compact footprint. LX-50S (23.5" x 32.5") and LX-50L (23.5" x 40").

♦ LX-100 series (2,200 lb, 3.3" lowered height, raises to 38.6"):
Steps up to heavier pallet loads and a longer platform. Lowered height increases slightly to 3.3" to accommodate the heavier scissor mechanism. Two platform widths at the same length: LX-100W (34.5" wide x 51" long) and LX-100N (24" wide x 51" long).

♦ LX-200 series (4,400 lb, 4.3" lowered height, raises to 39.4"):
The highest capacity tier. Lowered height is 4.3" -- still below pallet jack entry height. Three platform sizes: LX-200N (33.5" x 55.5"), LX-200WM (45.5" x 61.5"), and LX-200WL (45.5" x 81"). The WL model accommodates longer loads or double-pallet staging.

♦ Pallet jack loading: The sub-4" lowered height allows a standard pallet jack to slide forks under a pallet on the platform or to roll a loaded pallet directly onto the table surface without manual lifting or a ramp.

♦ Four-wheel cart transfers: Wheeled carts and dollies roll onto the platform at floor level, are raised to working or transfer height, then roll off on the other side, eliminating the lift step that standard-height tables require.

♦ Above-ground pit substitution: Where a recessed pit installation is not structurally or economically feasible, the LX series provides the closest practical equivalent for level-loading without floor modification.

♦ Assembly and production positioning: Raising heavy subassemblies or components loaded by cart or dolly to an ergonomic working height, then lowering them back to floor level for exit without a transition step.
