Lift Products Low Profile Guardian Series U-Lift Tables

Lift Products Low Profile Guardian Series U-Lift Tables
The Lift Products Low Profile Guardian Series U-Lift Table is a scissor lift table with an open-center, U-shaped platform. The open center is what sets this table apart from the standard Guardian low-profile models: a pallet jack enters from the open end, lifts the pallet into the U-frame, then withdraws, leaving the pallet on the two rails of the U-platform. No ramp is required. The table then raises the load to working height.
This configuration is well-suited to wire baskets, containers, open-bottom plastic pallets, and wooden pallets, where the pallet jack forks need to pass through the center of the platform rather than be loaded from the side. The lowered height is 3-1/8" for the 2,200-lb model and 3-5/8" for the 3,300-lb model. Both include the same Guardian Series safety features as the standard LPBL low-profile line.
Two models are available. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for direct competitor comparison.
Choosing Between the Two Models:
♦ LPBLU-20-1: 44-7/8" wide x 56" long outer platform, 3-1/8" to 33-7/8" travel, 2,200 lb capacity. For standard pallet loads in the lighter-duty tier.
♦ LPBLU-30-1: 45-5/8" wide x 59-7/8" long outer platform, 3-5/8" to 33-1/8" travel, 3,300 lb capacity. For heavier loads that require an additional capacity margin. Lowered height is slightly higher (3-5/8") to accommodate the heavier scissor frame.
Both models accommodate standard manual and electric pallet trucks.
Where U-Lift Tables Are Commonly Used:
♦ Wire basket and open-bottom container handling: The open-center platform allows the pallet jack to carry a wire basket or open-bottom container into the U-frame and set it down on the rails without any platform obstruction underneath.
♦ Wooden pallet loading without ramps: A pallet jack rolls a loaded wooden pallet into the U, sets it down on the platform rails, and backs out -- no ramp, no additional equipment, no forklift needed.
♦ Receiving and de-palletizing: Raising inbound palletized loads to working height for easier case-by-case unloading, then lowering the empty pallet back to floor level for pallet jack removal.
♦ Compact loading stations: The U-frame footprint is comparable to the standard LPBL, making the U-Lift suitable for the same space-constrained workstations as the flat-platform low-profile models.
