Lift Products Spring Level Loader 

The Lift Products Spring Level Loader offers an economical and efficient solution for pallet building and work positioning across various applications. This mechanical positioner requires no power and is equipped with three springs to facilitate optimal load weight leveling. Users can easily adjust the load capacity by removing one or two springs for lighter requirements.

As weight is added, the springs compress, lowering the platform to accommodate the load. Conversely, as weight is removed, the springs expand, causing the platform to rise. Once calibrated for the maximum load weight, the loader automatically maintains an ergonomic height, enhancing worker comfort and productivity.

The loader supports a load weight range from 440 lbs to 4,400 lbs. It features a standard turntable that allows for 360° rotation, providing easy access to the load from any angle. Additionally, fork pockets are included as standard features for easy relocation of the loader, further increasing its versatility and utility in various settings.
