Lift Products Stainless & Galvanized Guardian Series Low Profile Lift Tables
Lift Products Stainless & Galvanized Guardian Series Lift Table
The Lift Products LPBL-SG is the wet-environment and washdown version of the Low Profile Guardian Series scissor lift table. It carries the same 3-1/4" lowered height and three-tier capacity range (1,100 to 3,300 lbs) as the standard LPBL, but every component exposed to moisture or cleaning agents has been upgraded for corrosion resistance.
The LPBL-SG specification includes: stainless steel platform and base, cold-galvanized scissor frame assembly, stainless steel pins, Steel-It epoxy-coated cylinders, IP55-rated electrical connections, and a remote power unit (RPU) that relocates the power unit away from the table for easier access and protection in wet areas. This combination makes the LPBL-SG suitable for food processing, beverage production, pharmaceutical, and any other facility where the lift table will be regularly exposed to water, cleaning solutions, or corrosive conditions.
Six models cover three capacity tiers and two platform widths.
Choosing the Right LPBL-SG Model:
♦ LPBL-10-1-SG: 31-1/2" x 55" platform, 3-1/4" to 34" travel, 1,100 lb capacity.
♦ LPBL-10-2-SG: 39-1/2" x 55" platform, 3-1/4" to 34" travel, 1,100 lb capacity.
♦ LPBL-20-1-SG: 31-1/2" x 55" platform, 3-1/4" to 34" travel, 2,200 lb capacity.
♦ LPBL-20-2-SG: 39-1/2" x 55" platform, 3-1/4" to 34" travel, 2,200 lb capacity.
♦ LPBL-30-1-SG: 31-1/2" x 55" platform, 3-5/8" to 33-1/8" travel, 3,300 lb capacity. (Verify platform length -- may be 61"; see admin note.)
♦ LPBL-30-2-SG: 39-1/2" x 61" platform, 3-5/8" to 33-1/8" travel, 3,300 lb capacity.

Where LPBL-SG Tables Are Commonly Used:
♦ Food and beverage processing: Washdown-duty lifting in production and packaging areas where floors and equipment are regularly hosed down with water or sanitizing solutions.
♦ Pharmaceutical and biotech: Clean manufacturing environments where corrosion-resistant construction supports sanitation requirements and prevents contamination from rust or degraded paint.
♦ Chemical handling: Areas where spills, vapors, or chemical contact would degrade standard painted steel over time, shortening equipment life and creating maintenance burdens.
♦ Cold storage and refrigerated areas: Condensation and temperature cycling in cold environments accelerate corrosion on standard steel lift tables. The stainless/galvanized construction handles the exposure without the rust or paint failure that standard tables develop over time.
