Presto Lifts XL-Series scissor lift tables are heavy-duty hydraulic work positioners built for applications that exceed what standard lift tables can handle in platform length, load capacity, or both. The XL designation reflects the extended platform lengths in this series, which reach up to 86", making these tables the right choice for lifting oversized loads, long assemblies, wide pallets, or large fabricated components that would overhang a standard 48" platform.

Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders with chrome-plated rams and polyurethane seals provide smooth, reliable lifting. Scissor legs are built from a 3/4" steel plate for structural rigidity under heavy loads. All rollers and pivot points use lifetime-lubricated bearings. The platform is hinged to allow access to the hydraulic cylinder for maintenance. Hand-control pendant is standard; a foot-control option is available.

How to Select the Right Model:

Three dimensions drive selection: platform size, vertical travel, and load capacity. All models lower to a floor-level range of 7-1/4" to 10" and raise to heights ranging from 31" to 57", depending on the selected series group.

♦ XL24 Series -- 24" wide x 36" long platform. Raises 7-1/4" to 31". Capacities available: 2,000, 4,000, and 6,000 lbs. Compact footprint for applications where floor space is limited but a 36" work surface length is sufficient.

♦ XL36 Series -- Primarily a 24" wide x 48" long platform, raising from 7-1/4" to 43". Capacities: 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000, and 6,000 lbs. The broadest capacity range in the series. The XL36-80 is the exception: 30" wide x 60" long platform, raises 9" to 45", and is rated at 8,000 lbs. It is the only 30"-wide model in the XL-Series and the correct choice when the load requires both a wider platform and 8,000 lb capacity.

♦ XL48 Series -- 24" wide x 64" long platform. Raises 7-1/4" to 55" (or 9" to 57" on the 8,000 lb model). Capacities: 2,000, 4,000, 6,000, and 8,000 lbs. Best when loads are longer than 48" and a raised height beyond 43" is needed.

♦ XL60 Series -- 24" wide x 86" long platform. Raises 10" to 57". Capacities: 2,000, 4,000, 6,000, and 8,000 lbs. The longest platform in the XL-Series. Best for the longest loads or applications requiring the most platform surface area in this range.
