The Wesco 272986 Pallet Leveler is a simple, high-impact ergonomic upgrade for any operation that loads and unloads pallets all day. It uses a dynamic spring mechanism that lowers as weight is added and rises as product is removed, keeping the working height closer to the operator and reducing the constant bending that slows teams down and leads to strain.

This model uses three heavy-duty, calibrated springs that can be combined to match different load ranges, letting you tune the leveler to your typical pallet weights. A bearing-supported rotating carousel makes it easy to turn the pallet as you work—no walking around the load and no awkward reaching. Built-in fork pockets make it easy to move the unit around the facility with a forklift when layouts change.

For added protection and safety, Wesco offers a protective skirt (Part #275001) as a factory-installed option only—a smart add-on for busy areas where debris, foot traffic, or pinch-point protection is a concern.
