Logitrans LF-Mini Manual Lift Stacker

The Logitrans LF-Mini is a manual lift-and-push stacker with a fork-over design for transporting, lifting, and stacking pallets in warehouses, stockrooms, and production areas. Unlike scissor lift carts and skid lifters, which raise loads to an ergonomic working height for picking and staging, a stacker lifts loads high enough to place them into racking positions or stack one pallet on another. The LF Mini 1002-65 reaches 65" maximum lift height, the tallest reach of any product in the lift equipment section at CustomMHS.

The fork-over design means the forks cantilever over the stacker's load-bearing legs, allowing the unit to engage standard pallets without requiring an open-bottom pallet or special configuration. The compact frame is built for maneuverability in tight aisles and confined work areas. The ergonomically designed handle provides a comfortable grip during transport and lift operations.

Two models are available: one with a 36" maximum lift height and one with a 65" maximum lift height. Both use the same 22" wide x 45" long forks and a 2,200 lb capacity. Compatible with standard block pallets, stringer pallets, and other common pallet types, verify the 22" fork width fits within your pallet's entry opening before ordering.

Models and Specifications:

♦ LF Mini 1002-36, 22" W, 45" L forks. Maximum lift height 36". Capacity 2,200 lb. Manual lift, manual push. Fork-over design. Compact frame. Ergonomic handle. Suited for ergonomic pallet positioning at bench height or low rack positions where 65" reach is not required.
♦ LF Mini 1002-65, 22" W, 45" L forks. Maximum lift height 65". Capacity 2,200 lb. Manual lift, manual push. Fork-over design. Compact frame. Ergonomic handle. Choose when loads must be raised to rack positions or stacked to heights above 36", the 65" maximum is the tallest reach in this product category at CustomMHS.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Maximum lift height, 36" vs. 65": The LF Mini 1002-36 at 36" is suited for ergonomic positioning at bench, staging, or low-rack heights. The LF Mini 1002-65 at 65" is required when loads must be placed into elevated rack positions or stacked to heights beyond the reach of the 36" model. If the application involves any lifting above 36", choose the 65" model.
♦ Manual stacker vs. skid lifters and scissor lift carts: The LF-Mini is a stacker designed to place loads into elevated positions, including rack locations. Scissor lift carts and skid lifters in this category are designed to raise loads to ergonomic working height for picking, packing, or assembly, not to stack into elevated storage. If the requirement is stacking pallets or loading racks, the LF-Mini is the appropriate tool. If the requirement is ergonomic load positioning at working height, a scissor lift cart or skid lifter is more appropriate.
♦ Fork-over design pallet compatibility: The fork-over design allows use with standard block pallets, stringer pallets, and other common pallet types. Verify that the fork width (22") fits within the pallet entry opening before ordering.

Where Commonly Used:

Small warehouse and stockroom operations use the LF-Mini to load and retrieve palletized goods from low-level rack positions without powered equipment; production and staging areas use it to build or retrieve pallet stacks for reuse; retail backrooms use it for compact, maneuverable lift in tight aisles where forklifts can't operate, and light manufacturing and workshop environments use it as a practical alternative to powered equipment for infrequent stacking and positioning tasks.
