These ESD containers are highly functional material-handling products that deliver exceptional performance, value, and protection for electronics applications. These containers stack when complete and, with a 180° turn, nest when empty. They feature smooth outer surfaces and radial edges for safe and easy handling. Optional lids protect parts from damage or contamination, and the containers may be stacked when covers are applied.
♦ Size: 19-3/4" long x 12-1/2" wide x 6" high.
♦ Conductive Containers nest and stack containers that will not bend or sag under loads, will not rust, and possess superior physical properties over thermoplastic and corrugated products.
♦ Totes are impervious to radiation, oils, greases, detergents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH of 3.0 – 10.0.
♦ Containers are ideal for machine integration and robotic applications, and can be used continuously in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250°F (-51° to 121 °C).
Fiberglass containers feature a smooth exterior surface and radial edges for safe, easy handling, and are available with an optional wire-reinforced rim for added strength.
The container will not bend or sag under loads and, unlike metal, will not dent or corrode. Depending on size, a container can accommodate a maximum load of 500 pounds.
Glass-reinforced thermosets exhibit increased impact strength as temperatures decrease, and MFG Tray products have demonstrated excellent performance in temperatures as low as -190°F. Fiberstat containers provide complete protection from electrostatic discharge throughout the product's lifespan. They can be used consistently in temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and are resistant to cutting oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH range of 3.0 to 10.0. Stacking boxes are easily cleaned in hot water or steam with standard detergents.
