MFG Industrial Fiberglass Parts Washing Container – Model 819048

This part-washing container is expressly designed for cleaning, draining, and drying products in various manufacturing and processing operations, at one-third the cost of stainless-steel wire baskets. These solid, stackable containers feature drain holes at the bottom and slots along the sides to ensure thorough rinsing and draining. In addition, rounded corners and radial edges eliminate the safety hazards posed by sharp-edged metal containers. And, unlike metal boxes, MFG Fiberglass Wash Boxes will not bend, dent, or corrode.

♦  Outside Top: 17-3/4" long x 10-1/2" wide x 4-1/8" tall.
♦  Inside Bottom: 15-5/8" long x 9-1/2" wide x 4" tall.
♦  MFG Fiberglass Wash Boxes may be used consistently at temperatures ranging from -60° to 250° F (-51° to 121° C) and intermittently at temperatures up to 300° F.
♦  They are impervious to cutting oils, grease, radiation, mild acids, and alkali solutions within a pH of 3.0 – 10.0. An advanced chemical-resistance formulation is available as an option.
♦  Each container can handle up to 150 pounds of payload, and wash boxes can be safely and solidly stacked without bending or sagging. 
♦  Standard Color: Gray.  

These containers also serve a labor-saving, two-fold use from secondary process cleaning to work-in-process primary housing. First, by minimizing the “dumps” from high-speed conveyor-to-container results in less labor and reduced part damage/scrap.
