Presto Lifts B600 Series Battery Powered Stackers | Adjustable Forks, Quick-Connect Battery, 52"–78" Li 

The Presto Lifts B600 Series Battery-Powered Stackers are battery-electric stackers for light- to medium-duty pallet handling in warehouses, production environments, and staging areas where a powered stacker is needed but a full-size counterbalance forklift is impractical. Lifting is powered by a battery with push-button controls for smooth, consistent raising and lowering.

Adjustable fork widths accommodate different pallet sizes and load footprints. The quick-connect battery system requires no tools for installation or removal, minimizing downtime during battery swaps. A custom microprocessor charger and a high-visibility battery discharge indicator help operators monitor charge status throughout the shift. Standard features include a perforated metal safety screen, a foot-operated floor lock for stable positioning during stacking, and phenolic wheels. A leaf-type chain handles the lifting force. An optional platform is available to convert the stacker for handling non-palletized loads.

Seven models cover three capacity tiers (1,000, 1,500, and 2,000 lbs) and three raised heights (52", 66", and 78"). All models lower to 5-1/4" and have an overall width of 27".

♦ B652, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 52". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Adjustable forks, quick-connect battery, microprocessor charger, discharge indicator. Safety screen, foot floor lock, phenolic wheels. Overall unit: 66"H, 27"W, 49"L.

♦ B666, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 66". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same specification as B652 at a greater raised height. Overall unit: 81"H, 27"W, 49"L.

♦ B678, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 78". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Same specification as B652 at the greatest raised height. Overall unit: 93"H, 27"W, 49"L.

♦ B678-1500, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 78". Capacity 1,500 lbs. The only 1,500 lb model in the B600 Series available only at the 78" raised height. Overall unit: 93"H, 27"W, 49"L.

♦ B652-2000, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 52". Capacity 2,000 lbs. The highest-capacity option at the 52" raised height. Overall unit: 67"H, 27"W, 49"L. 

♦ B666-2000, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 66". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Overall unit: 81"H, 27"W, 49"L.

♦ B678-2000, 27" wide. Raised 5-1/4" to 78". Capacity 2,000 lbs. Highest capacity at the 78" raised height. Overall unit: 93"H, 27"W, 49"L.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Capacity: 1,000, 1,500, or 2,000 lb. The 1,000 lb models (B652, B666, B678) are available at all three raised heights. The 1,500 lb option (B678-1500) is only available at 78" raised height. The 2,000-lb models are available in all three heights. Select based on the maximum expected load weight and the required raised height.

♦ Raised height, 52", 66", or 78", all capacity tiers (except the 1,500 lb tier) are available at all three raised heights. Select the model whose maximum raised height meets or exceeds the highest rack position or stacking height needed. For operations where 78" reach and 1,500 lb capacity are both required, the B678-1500 is the only option.

♦ Adjustable fork width: the adjustable forks accommodate different pallet widths. Set the fork span to the appropriate entry width for the pallets being handled before use. Verify the fork setting is compatible with the pallet type before lifting.

♦ Quick-connect battery and discharge indicator: The quick-connect system simplifies battery swaps during shift changes without tools. The discharge indicator allows operators to monitor charge status at a glance, reducing the risk of running the battery to depletion during a shift.

♦ Optional platform: The optional platform converts the B600 stacker for handling non-palletized loads, including bins, boxes, and equipment that cannot be supported on forks. 

♦ B600 vs. Presto AC Electric Stackers: The B600 Series is battery-powered, cordless, and mobile across the facility. The Presto AC Electric Stackers require a 115V AC cord connection. Choose B600 for operations that require mobility and cord-free operation; choose AC electric when a permanent outlet is always available and battery management is undesirable.

♦ Production Floor Pallet Handling, production support operations using the B600 to deliver palletized raw materials to production positions and return empty pallets to staging areas, using the adjustable forks and quick-connect battery to adapt the stacker to the range of pallet types and shift patterns in the facility.
