Presto Lifts DBP Series Battery Powered Double Scissor Lift Carts | 1,000 or 1,500 lb, Up to 59-3/4"

The Presto Lifts DBP Series is a battery-powered double-scissor lift cart that offers substantially higher maximum lift heights than the single-scissor XBP Series. While the XBP Series reaches 33" to 45" depending on platform length, the DBP Series reaches 40-3/4" to 59-3/4" depending on the selected platform length. The double-scissor mechanism achieves the additional vertical travel without increasing the lowered footprint.

All models are 24" wide. Three platform lengths are available: 24", 36", and 48". Platform length determines both the load surface and the maximum lift height; longer platforms reach higher. Two capacity tiers are available: 1,000 lb and 1,500 lb, except the DBP30 (24" platform), which is only available at 1,000 lb. The cart uses a 12V gel battery and includes a foot-operated floor lock for stable positioning during loading and unloading. A hinged platform provides access to the hydraulic cylinders and power unit for maintenance without disassembly. Two fixed and two swivel phenolic casters provide maneuverability.

♦ DBP36-15, 24" W, 36" L platform. Lift range 11-3/4" to 47-3/4". Capacity 1,500 lbs. Double scissor. Battery powered. Same platform and lift range as DBP36-10 at greater capacity.

♦ DBP48-10, 24" W, 48" L platform. Lift range 11-3/4" to 59-3/4". Capacity 1,000 lbs. Double scissor. Battery powered. Highest maximum lift in the series.

♦ DBP48-15, 24" W, 48" L platform. Lift range 11-3/4" to 59-5/8". Capacity 1,500 lbs. Double scissor. Battery powered. Same platform and near-identical lift range as the DBP48-10, with greater capacity.

Selecting the Right Model:

♦ Platform length and maximum lift height, the DBP30 (24" long) reaches 40-3/4". The DBP36 (36" long) reaches 47-3/4". The DBP48 (48" long) reaches 59-3/4". Choose the platform length based on the required maximum lift height and the load footprint. The longer the platform, the higher it reaches.

♦ Capacity, 1,000 lb or 1,500 lb, the DBP30-10 is only available in 1,000 lb. The DBP36 and DBP48 are available in both 1,000 lb and 1,500 lb. Select the capacity rated comfortably above the typical load weight.

♦ Double scissor vs. single scissor (XBP/WBP Series), the DBP Series provides higher maximum heights than the single-scissor XBP Series, especially relevant for transfers above 45". Choose the DBP Series when the XBP Series maximum height is insufficient for the application.

♦ Minimum lowered height, the DBP30-10 lowers to 10-3/4". All other DBP models lower to 11-3/4". These are higher minimums than the XBP/WBP single-scissor models (9-1/4"), consistent with the additional mechanism height of the double-scissor design.

♦ Floor lock and maintenance access, all DBP models include a foot-operated floor lock for stable positioning during loading, which is important at the high lift heights these carts reach. The hinged platform simplifies access to cylinders and the power unit for routine maintenance.
