The Husky 36" Deep x 144" High Add-On Warehouse Pallet Racking delivers versatile, secure, and space-efficient storage for expanding existing racking systems. Engineered with dual teardrop punches on 2" centers, it allows for easy beam height adjustments in 2-inch increments, accommodating a wide range of load sizes and configurations.

Compatible with most industry-standard teardrop-style beams, this system is ideal for facilities needing flexibility across various racking brands. Each beam features Husky's patented Bowlock safety clip, which ensures positive engagement, prevents accidental dislodging, and requires no tools for removal, enabling faster, safer installation and reconfiguration.

Perfect for maximizing vertical space in bulk storage areas, this add-on unit is designed for forklift loading and helps keep aisles clear by shifting heavy inventory off the floor.

Forty-four configurations are available across six widths, multiple beam capacities, two or three upper shelf levels, and with or without wire decking.

Selection Guide:

♦ Width, from 48" up to 144", select based on the pallet footprint and the total horizontal storage span needed per bay.

♦ Beam capacity, ranging from 3,000 lbs up to 8,873 lbs per pair depending on width and configuration, should be selected based on the weight of the palletized loads being stored.

♦ Shelf count: two or three upper levels; select based on how much vertical separation is needed for different product categories or load types.

♦ Wire decking, adding wire decking provides support for cartons, smaller items, and packaging materials that could otherwise fall through open beams, particularly useful in mixed-load storage.

♦ Add-on unit expansion: connect to an existing starter bay to add storage capacity without a full second set of uprights, an efficient way to scale storage as inventory grows.
