The Husky 36" Deep x 144" High Starter Pallet Racking system is designed to deliver robust, space-saving storage for warehouses and distribution centers. It features dual teardrop punches spaced on 2" centers, allowing Husky beams to be easily adjusted in 2" increments for flexible storage configurations.

Built for compatibility, this racking accepts most industry-standard teardrop-style beams, making it a versatile choice for facilities using mixed racking systems. Each beam includes Husky's patented Bowlock safety clip, which locks securely in place without tools and cannot be removed or sprung unless the beam is first removed, maximizing safety and efficiency during setup or reconfiguration.

Ideal for storing bulk palletized goods that would otherwise occupy valuable floor space, this heavy-duty rack system is designed for forklift loading and is perfect for high-capacity warehouse environments seeking to optimize vertical storage.

Thirty-eight configurations are available across six widths, multiple beam capacities, two or three upper shelf levels, and with or without wire decking.

Selection Guide:

♦ Width, from 48" up to 144", select based on the pallet footprint and the total horizontal storage span needed per bay.

♦ Beam capacity, ranging from 3,000 lbs up to 8,873 lbs per pair depending on width and configuration, should be selected based on the weight of the palletized loads being stored.

♦ Shelf count: two or three upper levels; select based on how much vertical separation is needed for different product categories or load types.

♦ Wire decking, adding wire decking provides support for cartons, smaller items, and packaging materials that could otherwise fall through open beams, particularly useful in mixed-load storage.
