The Solid Steel Rack Decking offers a robust storage solution with a smooth 14-gauge steel surface and a durable powder-coated finish. Each decking section supports a load capacity of 3,000 lbs, providing a strong, flat surface across your pallet rack beams rather than leaving levels open.

The underside is reinforced with 12-gauge channels that fit 1-5/8" step beams, enhancing structural integrity and helping the panel resist bending or sagging under repeated daily loading. A 1-1/2" waterfall on both the front and back edges keeps the panel securely seated on the beams during use.

Please note that a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces is required. Twelve configurations are available across four overall depths and three section widths.

Selection Guide:

♦ Overall depth: 24" to 48"; select based on the depth of your existing pallet rack beams and the channel length needed for a secure fit.

♦ Section width: 46", 52", or 58"; select based on your rack bay width and how many decking sections are needed to fully cover each level.

♦ Solid vs. open decking: the continuous steel surface contains smaller items and debris that would otherwise fall through open wire or mesh decking, a practical choice for mixed inventory or loose parts.

♦ Minimum order quantity: this decking requires a minimum order of 10 pieces; plan your total decking needs accordingly before ordering.
