The Vestil PEL-400S-72-D3 DC Powered Steel Quick Lift is designed for high-reach positioning in tight work environments where heavier loads need to be lifted quickly and safely. With push-button DC-powered lifting and a 400 lb uniform capacity, this unit improves productivity while reducing manual lifting and operator fatigue.
Built with a durable steel frame and a baked-on powder-coat finish, this model is well-suited for daily industrial use. The high-density polyethylene platform offers a tough, low-maintenance surface, and the 9 in horizontal load center supports stable, predictable lifting throughout the full range of travel.
The low-profile footprint allows the unit to maneuver easily in narrow aisles and confined spaces. For improved control under heavier loads, the PEL-400 configuration features rigid front wheels and swivel-rear wheels with locks, providing steadier tracking and secure positioning.
Power is supplied by a DC system with two 12V AGM batteries and an onboard 115V AC charger, keeping the lift ready for continuous operation. Optional features include a detachable handheld control for remote operation and programmable height indexing to preset multiple working heights at the push of a button. Custom end attachments are also available for specialized handling tasks.
