The Vestil DIE-2430-48-C Mobile Die Table is a high-lift, heavy-duty solution designed to reduce back injuries and cumulative trauma disorders during die handling, tooling changeovers, and equipment positioning. This model adds a chrome-plated platform for smoother load transfer and a more durable, easy-to-clean working surface ideal for demanding shops where tooling gets slid on/off the deck regularly.
Powered by a foot-operated hydraulic pump and lift cylinder, the DIE-2430-48-C raises heavy loads smoothly over a 30-1/2" to 48" service range, providing the height needed for elevated machine interfaces and maintenance tasks. The lift action is controlled and consistent, allowing operators to position heavy equipment without forklifts or overhead lifting in tight areas.
Despite its reach, this unit keeps a compact footprint and a small frame size, allowing access to hard-to-reach locations. It’s built for long service life with all-welded steel construction and rolls on poly-on-steel casters, two rigid and two swivel, with a side brake to lock the table in place during loading and positioning.
