For heavier loads that still need to stay at a consistent working height, the Vestil SCSC-800-2040 Self-Elevating Cart delivers automatic ergonomics without power, hydraulics, or operator adjustment. As materials are added or removed, the platform raises or lowers on its own, helping keep work positioned comfortably while improving speed and reducing repetitive-motion injuries.
This model is ideal for packing, kitting, sorting, and assembly workflows where load height changes constantly throughout the task. By maintaining an ergonomic working range, operators spend less time bending and reaching and more time moving product.
The SCSC-800-2040 features heavy-duty steel construction for long-term durability and includes a removable bolt-on handle for easier maneuvering and storage. It rolls on smooth, reliable 5" x 1" poly-on-poly casters (two rigid, two swivel) with brakes standard to keep the cart stable when parked at the workstation.
