The Wesco Ergonomic Pallet Tilter (272950) is built for one thing: making it easier and safer to work directly from pallets. Instead of bending, reaching, and stretching into the far side of a load, this unit brings the product to you by tilting the forks up to 90° for precise, ergonomic load positioning.
With 31" fork length, 21.5" fork width, and 6.5" wide forks, this tilter is ideal for handling smaller pallets, containers, bins, and parts tubs. The 2,200 lb capacity makes it suitable for real-world production, assembly, kitting, and packing operations.
The design gives you two key working modes:
♦ Forks horizontal: lifting range from 3.25" to 11" – functions like a standard low-lift pallet positioner.
♦ Backrest horizontal: lifting range from 29" to 37" – optimized for tilted, ergonomic work height when the load is up and angled toward the operator.
With an adjustable load center from 7.5" to 15.5", the unit is built to safely handle compact, dense loads. A 44.25" handle height keeps the operator upright and in control while moving the unit.
For mobility, the tilter features 5" polyurethane swivel casters and 3" polyurethane load wheels, providing smooth, floor-friendly rolling. At 21.5" wide x 44.25" high x 51.67" long, it fits nicely in production cells, warehouse aisles, and packing areas. Backed by a 1-year pump warranty, it’s engineered for daily industrial use.
