Lift Products G-Series Hydraulic Scissor Lift Tables

Lift Products G-Series Lift Tables
The Lift Products G-Series is a hydraulic scissor lift table built for assembly, staging, and packing workstations where operators handle heavy loads at a consistent working height throughout the shift. Two capacity tiers are available: 2,000-lb models in the 2G-Series and 3,000-lb models in the 3G-Series. All models share the same 8" to 40" travel range and run on standard 115-volt, 15-amp power.
Five models cover four platform sizes. All are stock items, typically available for shipment within 24 hours. Prices are shown by manufacturer model number for direct competitor comparison.
Choosing the Right G-Series Model:
The 2G and 3G series differ in capacity and cylinder configuration. The 2G models use a single lift cylinder and are rated for 2,000 lbs. The 3G models use a dual-cylinder setup for a 3,000 lb capacity while maintaining the same footprint options and travel range.
Platform width is the second decision. The narrower 28"/30" platforms suit tighter workstations or loads concentrated toward the center. The 38"/48" platforms provide more lateral support for wider pallets or assemblies.
♦ 2G-2849 -- 28" x 49" platform, 2,000 lb capacity. Compact footprint for standard workstations.
♦ 2G-3849 -- 38" x 49" platform, 2,000 lb capacity. Wider deck for broader loads at 2,000 lbs.
♦ 3G-2849 -- 30" x 49" platform, 3,000 lb capacity. Narrower footprint with heavy-duty capacity.
♦ 3G-3849 -- 38" x 49" platform, 3,000 lb capacity. Wide platform for heavier palletized loads.
♦ 3G-4848 -- 48" x 48" platform, 3,000 lb capacity. The largest platform in the series for maximum load support.

Where G-Series Lift Tables Are Commonly Used:
♦ Assembly and production lines -- Positioning components at ergonomic heights reduces fatigue and maintains consistent output throughout the shift.
♦ Packing and shipping -- Raising pallets or totes to working height during packing, labeling, and sealing eliminates low-level handling that slows throughput.
♦ Receiving and staging -- Lifting inbound loads to dock height or transfer height for more efficient off-loading and sorting.
♦ Maintenance and repair -- Raising heavy assemblies or equipment to working height for inspection and service without overhead lifting equipment.
