Quantum Ultra Stack and Hang Small Part Bins

Quantum Ultra Stack and Hang small parts bins provide two mounting options in one bin: the built-in rear hanger mounts directly on standard louvered panels without an adapter, and the bin also stacks securely on shelving, workbenches, and mobile carts. This flexibility means the same bins can be used on a louvered panel rack in the main stockroom and on open shelving at the point of use without requiring two different bin systems.

Polypropylene construction with multi-directional grip points on the front, back, and sides makes these bins easy to pull, carry, and restock. Molded label slots support clear identification. Optional clear plastic windows can be added to increase usable bin capacity by up to 40% while maintaining visibility of contents.

Prices are per carton of 3 to 24 bins, depending on the model. Both outside and inside dimensions are listed for each model. 

Selecting the Right Bin:

♦ Size selection, use inside dimensions to confirm the bin accommodates the part and outside dimensions to confirm it fits the shelf opening, louvered panel slot, or stacking footprint. Twenty sizes span a wide range of lengths (5-3/8" to 18"), widths (4-1/8" to 16-1/2"), and heights (3" to 11").
