Vestil Battery Powered Hydraulic Elevating Cart – Push-Button

Vestil Battery Powered Hydraulic Elevating Carts

Vestil Battery Powered Hydraulic Elevating Carts | 12V, Push-Button, Up to 63-3/4"

Vestil battery-powered hydraulic elevating carts are the electric counterparts to the manual Vestil CART Series. Push-button controls replace the foot pump for lifting and lowering, powered by a 12-volt onboard battery with an integrated charger. Two rigid and two swivel polyurethane casters provide maneuverability, with select models offering poly-on-steel casters for more demanding applications.

Twelve models span a capacity range of 750 to 2,500 lbs across five configuration types: standard single-scissor, double-scissor for greater vertical travel, wide-deck for broad load support, long-deck for extended platform length, and flat-platform in multiple widths. The double-scissor CART-1000D-DC reaches 63-3/4" -- the highest maximum height in this lineup. All models include the 12V battery and onboard charger as standard equipment.

Selection Guide:

♦ Standard single-scissor (CART-1000-DC), 20-1/2" x 39-3/4" platform, 17-1/2" to 37-1/2" service range, 1,000 lb. ♦ Double-scissor, high-reach (CART-1000D-DC), same 20-1/2" x 39-3/4" platform as the standard but with double-scissor mechanism reaching 63-3/4" at 1,000 lb. Choose when maximum lift height above 42" is the priority.

♦ Intermediate double-scissor (CARTD-750-2040-DC and CARTD-1000-2033-DC), 20-3/8" wide, 33-3/8" or 40-3/8" long, 14" to 42" service range, 750 or 1,000 lb. An intermediate height option between the 39" single-scissor and 63-3/4" full double-scissor models. The CARTD-750 has the longer platform (40-3/8"); the CARTD-1000 has a shorter platform (33-3/8").

♦ Wide-deck (CART-1000-WD-DC), 31-1/2" x 47-1/4" platform, 17" to 48" service range, 1,000 lb. For loads requiring a wider platform than the standard 20-1/2" wide models can support.

♦ Long-deck (CART-1000-LD-DC), 24-1/2" x 60" long platform, 17-1/2" to 45" service range, 1,000 lb. The longest platform in the battery-powered lineup at 60". Choose when the load footprint extends beyond what standard 39"-40" length platforms can support.

♦ Flat-platform models (2040, 3240, 4242 series), 15" to 39" service range, 1,000 to 2,500 lb. Available in three widths: 20-3/8" (CART-1000-2040-DC, CART-2000-2040-DC, CART-2500-2040-DC), 32-3/8" (CART-2000-3240-DC), and 42-3/8" (CART-2000-4242-DC). The 2,500-lb CART-2500-2040-DC and 2,000-lb models offer the highest capacities in the standard-height Vestil battery-powered lineup. The flat-platform models share the same 15" minimum lowered height.

♦ Capacity, 750 lb (CARTD-750), 1,000 lb (multiple models), 2,000 lb (three flat-platform models), 2,500 lb (CART-2500-2040-DC). Select a model rated comfortably above the typical load weight.

♦ Battery-powered vs. manual Vestil CART, the battery-powered DC models directly mirror the manual CART Series in platform configurations. Choose battery-powered for high-frequency lifting or when eliminating manual foot-pump fatigue is a priority.

Where Commonly Used:

♦ High-Frequency Warehouse Picking and Staging: warehouse operations cycling loads repeatedly throughout a shift use battery-powered Vestil carts to eliminate the cumulative fatigue of foot-pumping in high-cycle workflows, maintaining consistent electric lift speed and operator productivity across a full shift.

♦ Elevated Conveyor Loading with Double-Scissor Models, operations loading to conveyors at heights above 40" use the CART-1000D-DC (up to 63-3/4") or CARTD series (up to 42") for powered electric lifting to heights that the single-scissor battery-powered models cannot reach.

♦ Wide and Extended Load Handling, operations handling loads whose footprint exceeds the standard 20-1/2" wide platform use the wide-deck (CART-1000-WD-DC at 31-1/2" wide) or long-deck (CART-1000-LD-DC at 60" long) models for battery-powered lift at the load dimensions required.

♦ High-Capacity Electric Lifting, operations handling loads of 2,000 to 2,500 lbs at standard ergonomic heights use the flat-platform models (CART-2000 and CART-2500 series) for battery-powered lifting at the high end of the Vestil electric cart capacity range.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is a Vestil battery-powered hydraulic elevating cart used for?
A Vestil battery-powered hydraulic elevating cart is a mobile lift table that raises and transports materials with minimal physical effort. It is ideal for warehouses, manufacturing floors, and assembly areas where loads need to be positioned at an ergonomic height. Unlike manual lift carts, this model uses electric power to lift with the push of a button. It is a great solution for improving efficiency while reducing worker fatigue.
How does push-button lifting improve productivity?
Push-button lift controls allow operators to raise and lower loads quickly without pumping or manual effort. This is especially useful in high-cycle environments where frequent lifting is required throughout the day. Electric lifting accelerates workflows and keeps employees focused on the task rather than on the effort required to raise heavy loads. It also helps maintain consistent performance across multiple operators.
What are the benefits of a 12V battery-powered lift system?
The 12V battery system provides dependable lifting power without requiring constant access to electrical outlets. It allows the cart to move freely throughout the facility while still offering powered elevation. This setup supports flexible use across multiple work areas and reduces downtime compared to plug-in equipment. Battery power enables deployment of lifting capability wherever needed.
Why is an onboard charger an important feature?
An onboard charger makes recharging simple because the cart can be plugged in directly without removing the battery. This helps keep the unit ready for daily operation while reducing maintenance hassle. Facilities benefit from fewer interruptions and a more streamlined charging process. It is an important convenience feature for operations that regularly rely on powered lift carts.
What types of applications are best for powered elevating carts?
Battery-powered elevating carts are commonly used in assembly lines, packing stations, order fulfillment, and maintenance environments. They are especially helpful when workers frequently adjust load height or handle heavier items throughout the shift. These carts also work well as mobile ergonomic workstations. Any operation focused on speed, safety, and reduced manual strain can benefit from powered lift equipment.
